Debra and her family were lifesavers! They helped us transport our 2 dogs over 1300 miles with very large crates to the Air Cargo building in Seattle. Debra calmed our nerves and communicated regularly, sending updates and answering all questions and concerns along the way. Our girls were so happy, loved and completely taken care of throughout the whole journey. This was no easy process: driving 1300 miles with 2 large dogs (one with 3 legs), handling check in at the airline cargo building and staying the extra 5hrs to ensure departure. Company was booked to transport my Vehicle state to state. I gave them an open window on pickup but stressed that because my flight was on a certain day drop off needed to be after I  arrived. This was the first conversation we had I had to make sure delivery was after my flight. I did not like going back and forth with the company after they told me they needed to drop off my vehicle a day earlier before I got there. When I told them I won’t be there a day earlier customer service told me to figure it out. I eventually told the representative not to call me anymore due to them hanging up in my face. Company did what they wanted and dropped off my car a day earlier anyways. I did not want my car to be left unattended in the Bay Area (the capital of auto thefts) without me there and if the company couldn’t deliver on or after what I asked it should have been communicated. My vehicle came with no issues but their customer service should be reevaluated.

La familia was so amazing!!! I adopted a breeder surrender dog that was very timid and scared. They brought him to me from 600 miles away. They kept frequent communication and sent lots of pics and videos without me asking. They updated me often with ETA and other details. They were so loving and patient with him. They took him on walks often, even changing his diapers, as he’s not housebroken at 7 years old, due to being confined to a kennel every day all day. The foster family saw the videos of him standing tall, not cowering like he has been doing, and knew he was being loved and cared for by the transport crew. He trusted them and wasn’t scared of them. They even gave him a soft warm blanket and a big dog stuffed animal to comfort him. I can’t say enough great things about them, and highly recommend them. If I ever need animal transport again, I will solely use them!!

After a few days of very slow responses to my texts and unanswered phone calls and then, after believing everything was going to move forward finally, he cancels on me the DAY BEFORE he was supposed to do the transport. I'm sorry, but after all the communication issues and misunderstandings about pickup and delivery times, "vehicle issues" just didn't cut it! This kid needs to grow up and learn how to do a job responsibly. A side note: Citizen Shipper was more than helpful in their support and another driver was procured!

From the very beginning, her communication was clear, timely, and professional. She kept both me and the breeder fully informed throughout the entire process, which made coordination on both ends smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was how well she handled everything—not just the transport itself, but the people involved. The breeder even commented on how easy and pleasant she was to work with, which says a lot. It’s rare to find someone who manages both sides of a transaction this well.
