Additionally if we previously discuss transport and do not hear from you for more than 5 hours please contact us before booking. Our routes are constantly evolving and changing and want to make sure we can still accommodate your specific needs. At True Enrichment Logistics, we understand how important it is to trust someone with your animals’ care, comfort, and safety. My spouse is a licensed veterinary technician experienced with multiple breeds and species, and I bring 16+ years of Supply Chain & Logistics experience. Together, we strive to provide safe, reliable, and stress-free transportation for every client. We also offer additional transportation services beyond animal transport. For the safety and comfort of all passengers, we stop every 2–4 hours (or as needed) for potty breaks, exercise, and wellness checks. Pets typically travel in secure kennels provided by us during transport. We also provide regular updates throughout the trip, including photos, videos, location check-ins, and ETA updates. Clients may send one small carry-on bag with essentials such as food, documents, blankets, toys, or puppy kits. Required Before Transport: • Health certificate or vaccination records (see below for more details) • Signed/dated statement from breeder or owner confirming the animal appeared healthy prior to travel • Food for trips exceeding 2 hours Short-snouted breeds require a signed electronic waiver prior to pickup!!! If you do not have health certificates or vaccination records available, please contact us. In some situations, transport may still be approved with a signed waiver acknowledging the animal’s vaccination/documentation status. All animals must appear healthy and fit for travel at the time of pickup. Deposits & Payments: A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the transport fee is required before pickup (or immediately for same-day bookings). Deposits may be paid via Zelle, CashApp, Apple Pay, or Venmo. The remaining balance is due at delivery. Please note CitizenShipper also charges a separate platform fee for all bookings made through their site. ✈️ NOW OFFERING FLIGHT NANNY SERVICES ✈️ Please inquire for availability and details regarding your specific transport needs. Scheduling & Delivery Windows: Due to weather, traffic, route conditions, and other scheduled deliveries, pickup and delivery times may vary within a 1–2 day window depending on travel distance. We prioritize communication and will keep you updated throughout the route regarding ETAs and any unforeseen delays. Insurance Coverage: We carry private transport insurance providing up to $15,000 per occurrence and $30,000 aggregate coverage. Coverage may include veterinary expenses, theft, escape, injury, or loss resulting from covered incidents such as accidents, fire, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances during transport. 🐶PUPPIES 🐶 For puppies that are not yet fully vaccinated, we strictly enforce a “no paws on the ground” policy to help minimize disease exposure during travel. Booking Process: Once you are ready to move forward we will submit our bid through CitizenShipper so the required platform fee can be paid. Afterward, we will provide our deposit information and finalize pickup/drop-off details. Drivers typically reach out the day before pickup with timeframes or need to know details regarding the trip and continue providing updates throughout transport. Cancellation Policy: Because routes are planned in advance and drivers may already be traveling: • 48–72 hours before pickup: $50 cancellation fee • 24–48 hours before pickup: $100 cancellation fee • Less than 24 hours before pickup: $100 or 50% of the agreed transport fee (whichever is greater) Cancellation fees may be paid via zelle, Venmo, Cash App or other previously agreed payment methods. — True Enrichment Logistic
