We utilized Jazzy's to bring our 3.8 pound ShihPoo from NC to NJ. JaJa was our first point of contact and he was extremely responsive and got us set up to receive our pup quickly and without anxiety. He assigned us a driver Elroy who was very kind and calm. He kept in touch frequently along the 7+ hour trip and loved on Zoey! Zoey arrived in the timeframe promised and was very happy, clean and calm. I would absolutely utilize Jazzy's again!

Service was great, was very nervous of transporting our 6 pound puppy from VA to NJ. Would definitely use Jazzys again, clear communication from the start, told me a pick up time between 7-9am and I got a picture at 7.20am, I was getting updates and pictures of drive, puppy had lunch a bathroom breaks, puppy was very well taken care of. They gave me a time of arrival 4 hours away and it was to the minute the puppy arrived on my drive way. Great service overall.

Although I would have preferred that my 100lb American Bulldog was transported in the 2nd row of the car instead of the trunk next to the crate for my 27lb French bulldog I was pleased with the communication and videos provided.
