Jazzy's delivered our new puppy as promised. They communicated well prior to pick up and once they had our new puppy kept in contact throughout the nine hour road trip. She arrived healthy and happy. Definitely worth every penny for this service and we are adoring our new puppy thanks to them. I highly recommend.

Absolutely great service. Went above and beyond offering to take care of some last minute airport issues with my dogs. Kept my wife and I updated as to where they were and how they were doing the whole 5.5 hour drive. Even stopped along numerous times to ensure the dog’s got a break after a long flight. If I ship my dogs again Jazzy’s Pet Care will have my business!

My niece passed away and I needed to send her cat Willow to my sister in law in Georgia. I placed a bid on citizenshipper. Jazzy’s Pet Care reached out and they were able to take the job sooner than expected. After reading all the reviews and saw how many deliveries they had, I felt comfortable. I never used a pet courier service before and Jaja made the process easy. Willow was picked up within 2 days and arrived in her new home safely the same day!
