I don't know how to even begin to thank Jaja for all he's done for us. Our Pet shipper messed our Dog's paper work, which meant a 4 hours delay and a lot required from Jaja to help us to fix the issue (which was not his fault). Jaja did not stop until the issue was sorted, kept providing updates and photos of our dog, and delivered our dog to us on the time agreed. Will be grateful forever to Jaja!!!

Jazzy‘s pet service is excellent! Fantastic communication the whole time, he transported a spicy cat for me from Florida to Texas! He was super patient even though it took hours to wrangle the cat to get him going. He even waited several hours for me on the receiving end until I could get home from work. The cat arrived in fantastic shape, and I am so grateful. I would absolutely recommend these guys in the future.

I had a previous driver cancel our puppy pick-up. I reposted the job and Jazzy replied instantly and offered to pick her up within two hours.
