Jaja is extremely courteous and professional. He clearly loves animals and did an amazing job helping to transport a puppy from Florida to Maryland. I received regular text updates, photos, and videos. My papa arrived happy and rested. I highly recommend Jaja!!

We utilized Jazzy's to bring our 3.8 pound ShihPoo from NC to NJ. JaJa was our first point of contact and he was extremely responsive and got us set up to receive our pup quickly and without anxiety. He assigned us a driver Elroy who was very kind and calm. He kept in touch frequently along the 7+ hour trip and loved on Zoey! Zoey arrived in the timeframe promised and was very happy, clean and calm. I would absolutely utilize Jazzy's again!
