My niece passed away and I needed to send her cat Willow to my sister in law in Georgia. I placed a bid on citizenshipper. Jazzy’s Pet Care reached out and they were able to take the job sooner than expected. After reading all the reviews and saw how many deliveries they had, I felt comfortable. I never used a pet courier service before and Jaja made the process easy. Willow was picked up within 2 days and arrived in her new home safely the same day! Chris (driver) was kind and kept me posted along the way. I am very grateful for Jazzy’s Pet Care for assisting me with this emotional process.

5 Stars – Outstanding Pet Transport Service! I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! The team picked up my cat yesterday and had him safely delivered the very next morning. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. They kept me updated the whole way and treated my cat with care and compassion like he was their own. I don't know how to even begin to thank Jaja for all he's done for us. Our Pet shipper messed our Dog's paper work, which meant a 4 hours delay and a lot required from Jaja to help us to fix the issue (which was not his fault). Jaja did not stop until the issue was sorted, kept providing updates and photos of our dog, and delivered our dog to us on the time agreed. Will be grateful forever to Jaja!!!
