Jazzy's delivered our new puppy as promised. They communicated well prior to pick up and once they had our new puppy kept in contact throughout the nine hour road trip. She arrived healthy and happy. Absolutely great service. Went above and beyond offering to take care of some last minute airport issues with my dogs. Kept my wife and I updated as to where they were and how they were doing the whole 5.5 hour drive. Even stopped along numerous times to ensure the dog’s got a break after a long flight. If I ship my dogs again Jazzy’s Pet Care will have my business!
