Had love location through entire ride and multiple videos sent throughout the process. Steven would keep me informed if Lila would get down for potty breaks or refused to (not a fan of rain or cold weather lol) there were some obstacles and delays but Steven provided me with discounts on the inconvenience which I GREATLY appreciated. Thank you for taking great care of my girl.
