The best transport experience I could ask for. Even better than I expected! Esmeralda kept us updated the whole way with pictures and videos of our pup. She also had a live GPS location shared the entire time with us so we could follow along. She would share all updates with regards to feeding, drinking, and potty time. I truly felt I could trust Esmeralda with our dog, Bella. They also made the cross-country trip from Orlando, FL to Seattle, WA in 2.5 days. This meant Bella was only in the car for the minimal amount of time needed. I will definitely use Esmeralda again as our dedicated pet transporter and am sharing her info with all my friends and family. Thank you so much for making this part of our move less stressful. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without you!!

I recently adopted a dog from Texas and was really stressing over how to get her to me. Esmeralda and her husband went above and beyond to pick up our pup from the shelter and keep us updated with pics/videos/location along the way! They made sure that she was feeling safe and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and use if ever needed again.

I am very happy with and grateful for this service!! Esmeralda and her husband were so great with my poor scared & traumatized 16 week old puppy who’s placement did not work out. She had reportedly been growling at the new family and wouldn’t let the man near her. Esmeralda and her husband were so good and patient with her and she seemed to quickly warm up and bonded with them on the ride home. She didn’t even want to leave them when she got back to me! Esmeralda sent me frequent text and video updates and it kept me comfortable knowing my baby was in good hands and being well cared for and loved. I am so grateful for this transport service that gave her a positive experience after her very traumatic rehoming experience that did not work out. Esmeralda was also able to bring her back quickly and she picked her up the very next day after I messaged her. While her services may be more than some other offers I received, I feel the price was well worth it for a quick and successful transport home where my puppy was so well loved! Emerald was awesome! She made sure we had a map of here location and updated us about the trip every few hours. She sent pictures and videos of our dogs. We would definitely use her again. 10/10 recommend!
