Emerald's Fur Baby Transport

Strongly recommend if you want your fur baby to get the love and attention they deserve! My son’s 10 year old collie mix has always had extreme separation anxiety and hates to travel. Given growing health issues, we decided that he needed to come back home over 12 hours away. Can’t believe I found such a caring human being as Esmeralda with only 48 hrs notice! There were just no other options for our kind of pet. She made us and our fur baby feel totally safe, sent pics and updates along the journey, shared live tracking, and best of all - our anxious dog had a calm, relaxing trip. Can’t thank you enough!!

Esmerelda is absolutely amazing! She has transported my one year old Great Dane twice from Texas to Colorado and Cordelia has been so well taken care of, she arrives home as happy as ever. Communication is wonderful, very quick to respond, lots and lots of pictures and updates along the trip so you know how your baby is. I am extremely picky about who I would trust my pups with (and Cordy is quite opinionated herself about who she likes) and we both agree that Esmeralda is the best!

Esmeralda did a great job transporting our cat. The transporter we originally booked canceled at the last minute and Esmeralda took the job. She picked up and dropped off at exactly the times we asked for and took great care of Betsy! I definitely recommend!

Esmeralda exceeded my expectations. I was super hesitant at first about hiring someone online to drive my dog from California to Florida, but Esmeralda completely exceeded my expectations. She did absolutely amazing! The drive took only two days, and she kept me updated every step of the way. She even shared a GPS tracking device so I could see their location in real time, which gave me such peace of mind. I’m honestly blown away by how smooth and stress-free this entire experience was. Esmeralda’s constant updates, professionalism, and clear love for animals made me feel like my baby was truly protected and cared for the entire journey. I couldn’t recommend her more!

We would give 10 stars if possible. They brought our rescue pup from Best Friends in Utah to Boston. Our dog has mobility and medical needs and they provided such compassionate and excellent care for both her and us as we awaited her arrival. We feel so lucky to have found Emerald's FUR Baby Transport. I cannot say enough of how amazing they were. All along the way they sent videos and photos updating us on how our pup was doing. They let us know where they were on their journey. Exceptional loving care for our dog. They are great!!

This was my first time using Citizen Shipper and I found that Esmeralda had great reviews. I'm happy to contribute to those positive reviews! She drove my aussie from TX to NY and was extremely communicative and attentive to my dog during transit. She kept me updated on his status throughout the long drive. I appreciated that she took the initiative to as if she could pick up my dog a little early due to the impending weather, knowing it would take her a little longer to get to NY and still wanting to drop him off on time. Emerald's Fur Baby Transport brought our dog from the LA area to Portland, OR. The service was excellent! Esmeralda kept in touch through the trip, sent many photos and kept us up to date on trip progress. I highly recommend this service and would contact them again if I needed transportation for a pet!
