Emerald's Fur Baby Transport

First time using this Website. I was in the process of completing my adoption of a Black Russian Terrier Puppy, from Oklahoma and needed transport to Florida. I received numerous quotes, some were bit cheaper and some were a bit more. I truly wanted my Puppy to have the best car trip, humanely possible. After reading the past reviews of Emeralds Fur Baby Transport, I went with their services. Let me tell you, from the moment I booked this transport, Esmeralda was in contact with me. She set my pick ASAP. Let me also add that I sent her more than the required amount due, and she immediately informed me and sent me back a proper refund. She picked up my Puppy from Oklahoma and from the moment she picked him up until she dropped him off, she was in full contact with me and the seller, who requested it too. She and her coworker took such good care of our new baby. Constant attention, proper cleaning and up keep, fed him and provided plenty of fresh water and stopped in the best safest places possible, so the puppy can go Potty. Again, constantly in communication and sending pictures and updates. She is a blessing and a wonderful person. She made my Puppy delivery, so safe and festive! it was amazing! Without any doubts, I would totally recommend Emeralds Fur Baby Transport. I also want to mention that her truck is very well prepared and in newer condition. You can tell she loves Animals, because she does it with love and total attention to her clients. Bravo!!! This company is first class all the way!

I cannot speak highly enough of Esmeralda and her husband! Esmeralda was quick to respond when we needed a quick transport with my mom falling ill. She helped us feel at ease throughout the whole process. They provided extremely accurate GPS tracking as well as frequent text updates. They provided perfect care of our pup, and pictures to show how he was doing during the ride. They were wonderful and on time! I will recommend them to anyone need animal transport.

We just had a great experience with Esmeralda and JD transporting my mom’s beloved Havanese, Jasper, from Florida to New Hampshire. They made the transition easy. JD showed up on time, introduced himself, and got Jasper all ready and comfortable in his own booster seat for the long ride. There were constant updates via texts, photos and video along the way. JD made sure Jasper had plenty of breaks to stretch his legs, etc. What a peace of mind! Thank you so much! Great job!

Esmeralda and JD have been an incredible team! They communicated swiftly and cordially throughout the entire process. It’s always a bit daunting to entrust someone else with your furry baby, but they genuinely felt like family to us! We received pictures and updates at least once an hour, which gave us immense peace of mind. They ensured our dog got plenty of walks and breaks during their travels, and I am incredibly grateful to both of them, especially JD, who personally took care of our precious baby. I cannot recommend this driver enough! Driving a dog from Colorado can be stressful, but they made it incredibly easy. I’ll admit I flip-flopped on the timing a few times, but they were so flexible and accommodating with every change. I received regular text updates throughout the trip, which really put my mind at ease. Best of all, there were no hidden fees or surprises—just kind, generous service. My dog arrived on time and happy. I completely trust them and would absolutely use them again!
