Excellent service – very happy with it. They picked up and dropped off our pet in a timely fashion and sent videos of all her walks every few hours and kept us informed about their progress. Great communication and service. Will use again.

Y'ALL! Stop searching! You've found a phenomenal team for pet transport, and you won't find a better one! They drove my puggle, Tasz, from LA, CA to Mobile, AL without losing their sanity. lol! Not only are they extremely efficient, but they're also incredibly compassionate towards the pets entrusted to them. They stay in constant contact with you throughout the entire trip and send pictures and videos of your baby while walking, eating, resting, etc. You won't have anything to worry about with their care since they communicate everything with y'all for the duration of their drive. Any questions that pop into your mind, ask them. They respond with so much kindness, thoughtfulness, and grace -- no matter how annoying you may be. lol!! Their lower prices truly help during this time of the outrageous rise in prices for everything else. Like I said earlier, stop looking! They transported my two dogs from Los Angeles to Louisiana. They made sure to update me as far as timing and scheduling and were quick to answer any question I had. Would 100% use them again in the future.

Being cancelled by another shipper without notice right before the trip, we got really nervous. I found Arete and booked with a short notice. They are communicative, puppies arrived happily and clean. I truly appreciate them. Will use them in a long term.
