La familia animal transport

La familia transport gave me the best first experience of CitizenShipper I feel like I could’ve had. The communication was on point. I was reminded every few hours and sent videos and pictures of what my dog was doing. I was also updated on how far they were and whether there was any traffic. On the way to pick up my dog, they got rear ended and couldn’t complete the pick up same day. I was informed right away and they quickly communicated their plan. The transporter made sure to be there the next day exactly when the facility opened at 7AM and wasn’t late at all. Overall amazing communication, quick replies, and these are people that genuinely care for your pet.

First time doing this, and I was nervous about legitimacy. Well it is and she is great! They were very professional, communicated with me the entire time and answered all my millions of questions. My cats were delivered looking spunky and content. Absolutely nothing negative to say only great things. Thank you!!!! 10/10 recommend.

I cannot express how completely please and happy I am with La Familia transport. Deany and Aremes went above and beyond to make the transport experience a stress free and enjoyable experience. They kept me informed of every step of the trip took excellent care of my babies and communicated with me very well. It was a pleasure to meet this team and I will recommend them to anyone looking to transport and I will be using them exclusively if needed again and when possible. I will be in forever contact with such beautiful souls that made what could have been a stressful and frightening experience a pleasant memory.

Very good experience. All of the transporters always say they will check in, but in my experience, this is the first one that actually did. They took great care of my alpacas and delivered them safe and happy. Highly recommend and will use again if needed. Thank you!!

I would definitely if ever needed again use La familia again. Once they had Emmy she was top rate and Emmy arrived very happy. It was top rate, but will say to La familia maybe a check list sent to customer on what is needed, what the shipper can ship, and timelines. I could do this very easy and know the questions and things to be accomplished now that I have done it. I however could have used more attention getting prepared for the shipment and times. Again La familia was wonderful to work with and would highly recommend her for all shipments of animal family members.
