With years of hands-on experience and a deep love for animals, I treat every pet like family — every mile of the journey. ⸻ 🚐 Ground Transport Services • Solo trips available at $1.00 per mile – perfect for pets needing one-on-one care • All transports are shared unless a solo option is requested • Crates are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized using Rescue™ veterinarian-grade disinfectants before every trip • Vaccination records are required for all pets • Clients must provide labeled food with the pet’s name • Pickup available from airports and boarding facilities • Transport in your vehicle with your pet is available for an additional charge • A deposit is required after booking through CitizenShipper • Please confirm your transport date before booking • Weather and traffic delays may occur — thank you for your patience and understanding ⸻ ✈️ Flight Nanny Services • In-cabin Flight Nanny service available from Virginia and North Carolina • A perfect option for puppies, small dogs, cats, and other small animals who need to fly safely and comfortably • Your pet travels in-cabin with a professional, experienced handler — never in cargo • All airline-approved carriers are clean, secure, and cozy • Flight nanny pricing varies by destination — contact for a custom quote Your pet’s journey deserves the same love and care they receive at home. Yes, we provide videos and pics every 4-4.5 hours while on the road What do I need to provide for the transport? La Familia Animal Transport did so well with transporting our cat Miso. Miso is known for aggressive behaviors, and yet La Familia was comfortable dealing with her anyway. When they realized that Miso wasn’t having an easy time, they decided to drive straight to us from Virginia that same day. Their care for animals is definitely top notch. Would highly recommend using La Familia

La familia transport gave me the best first experience of CitizenShipper I feel like I could’ve had. The communication was on point. I was reminded every few hours and sent videos and pictures of what my dog was doing. I was also updated on how far they were and whether there was any traffic. On the way to pick up my dog, they got rear ended and couldn’t complete the pick up same day. I was informed right away and they quickly communicated their plan. The transporter made sure to be there the next day exactly when the facility opened at 7AM and wasn’t late at all. Overall amazing communication, quick replies, and these are people that genuinely care for your pet.
