La familia transport gave me the best first experience of CitizenShipper I feel like I could’ve had. The communication was on point. I was reminded every few hours and sent videos and pictures of what my dog was doing. I was also updated on how far they were and whether there was any traffic. On the way to pick up my dog, they got rear ended and couldn’t complete the pick up same day. I was informed right away and they quickly communicated their plan. The transporter made sure to be there the next day exactly when the facility opened at 7AM and wasn’t late at all. Overall amazing communication, quick replies, and these are people that genuinely care for your pet.

First time doing this, and I was nervous about legitimacy. Well it is and she is great! They were very professional, communicated with me the entire time and answered all my millions of questions.
