La familia animal transport

La familia was so amazing!!! I adopted a breeder surrender dog that was very timid and scared. They brought him to me from 600 miles away. They kept frequent communication and sent lots of pics and videos without me asking. They updated me often with ETA and other details. They were so loving and patient with him. They took him on walks often, even changing his diapers, as he’s not housebroken at 7 years old, due to being confined to a kennel every day all day. The foster family saw the videos of him standing tall, not cowering like he has been doing, and knew he was being loved and cared for by the transport crew. He trusted them and wasn’t scared of them. They even gave him a soft warm blanket and a big dog stuffed animal to comfort him. I can’t say enough great things about them, and highly recommend them. If I ever need animal transport again, I will solely use them!!

Communication was excellent from the very beginning while making arrangements. They arrived on time for pickup, and even when travel was delayed due to wrecks, they kept us fully informed throughout the trip. We also received picture updates during the ride, which was incredibly reassuring. Mamie arrived happy and in great spirits. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely use them again.”

Highest marks! LFA not only transported my 3 fur babies (cats), they kept me updated with video and pics on a regular basis, when I was anxious and messaged them, they responded in a timely manner. The kennels were clean, the transport team, very kind! Cannot say enough good things! They traveled from Coastal NC to middle of Colorado. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Donna H.

Communication was good. They did have some hiccups with their vehicle, but that was out of their control and they were able to keep me updated throughout the process, so i still chose to give 5 stars even though the drop off was 12 hours past the scheduled arrival. They are very sweet people and i can tell that they do really care about their job. I got plenty of pics and videos of my pup while she was on the way to me.

I would definitely use LaFamilia again! They were very nice to Kiara . I got videos throughout her travels and Kiara made it home safely.
