So no overstacking of any kind. ♡ Potty stops every 4-5 hours along with some playtime and love. We want your pet to feel like its on a road trip. ♡ At every potty stops you get a picture and video so you know your furbaby is doing great and gives you peace of mind ♡ Access to water the whole trip because hydration is extremely important during transport. ♡ WE follow eating and medication schedule as you indicate ♡ GPS available at your request ♡ All pets must be up to date on shots, No exceptions *** this protects your pet and othersthis will need ro be emailed to ne prior to pick up ♡ WE OFFER SOLO TRIPS AT 1.00 A MILE.FROM PICK UP LOCATION TO DROP OFF ALONG WITH CRATE FREE AND THIS REALLY FEELS LIKE A ROAD TRIP FOR THEM ********* Hi, we are Latino and family based.NO SUBCONTRACTING. * Please confirm availability with me before booking**** 50 % deposit due after booking thru citizenshipper within 24 hours* Remaing balance due at pick up* Taxes are added to invoice* deposit secures your date ♡ HEADS UP! Citizen Shipper does charge a "finders fee" for providing their service, which is ON TOP of our bid price. This fee is applied when you confirm a bid and book with someone. We don't want you to be caught off guard when you go to book. Also, some shippers fees to book are higher due to their cancellations, so be careful who you book with as it COULD result in a higher booking fee. I would definitely if ever needed again use La familia again. Once they had Emmy she was top rate and Emmy arrived very happy. It was top rate, but will say to La familia maybe a check list sent to customer on what is needed, what the shipper can ship, and timelines. I could do this very easy and know the questions and things to be accomplished now that I have done it. I however could have used more attention getting prepared for the shipment and times. Again La familia was wonderful to work with and would highly recommend her for all shipments of animal family members.

My dog is very large and energetic and they had no issues handling him. He arrived to me clean and fed and happy. They communicated well and accommodated my pickup schedule. Would 100% use them again
