About

Welcome to Your Pet’s Home Away From Home on the Road 🐾 We are a professional pet transport service dedicated to moving your pets with the same love, care, and attention they receive at home. For us, this is more than just a job — it’s a passion. We truly love what we do, and we treat every pet as if they are part of our own family. Your pet’s comfort and safety always come first. Dogs are walked every 4–5 hours, and for young puppies we offer no paws on the ground transport to keep them safe and healthy. All you need to provide is your pet’s food and a blanket or bed — we take care of everything else. We offer both private transport and GPS tracking, so you can have peace of mind knowing where your pet is at all times. With experience as a part-time veterinary assistant, training in pet CPR, and hands-on experience with senior pets and special needs animals, your pet is always in knowledgeable, caring hands. Our Ram ProMaster 1500 van is thoroughly sanitized after every trip, and all crates are sanitized after every drop-off using rescue and veterinary-grade cleaner, ensuring a clean and healthy environment for every pet we transport. When you choose us, you’re not just hiring a transporter — you’re choosing someone who will care for your pet like family. * please verify availability with me before booking ***************************************** Deposit & Cancellation Policy Please note that all deposits are non-refundable if a client cancels their booking. However, we are happy to offer a credit that can be used toward a future transport. If we ever need to cancel for any reason, your deposit will be fully refunded. We want to be transparent, as we recently experienced a situation where a cancelled booking led to an untrue review in an attempt to negotiate a deposit refund. This does not reflect our policies or our business practices. We have documentation of the cancellation and the request tied to review removal in our profile pictures as proof. We take pride in what we do and truly love caring for and transporting your pets. Our goal is always to provide honest, reliable, and compassionate service. Thank you for your understanding and support. CAR TRANSPORTS NOW AVAILABLE! 🚗🐾 WE DON’T JUST TRANSPORT PETS — WE TRANSPORT CARS TOO! Moving with your furry family member? 5 stars! I had an excellent experience with La Familia Animal Transport. They transported my mini horse, Blue, a very long distance, and I couldn’t have been happier with how everything went. Communication was great throughout the entire process, and they were professional, dependable, and clearly very caring with him. Blue arrived safely and was well cared for during the trip, which meant everything to me. Transporting a horse that far can be stressful, but they made the whole experience so much easier and gave me a lot of peace of mind. I would absolutely use La Familia Animal Transport again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, reliable, and genuinely caring to transport their animals. Thank you so much for getting Blue home safely! ❤️🐴

This was one of the easiest moves I’ve made. The hardest decision was parting with Leo during the move. He was unable to travel with me due to Amtrak’s pet policy. I was extremely excited when I found La Familia! They kept me in the loop with videos and pics of Leo. When he arrived he was happy to see me and he was not stressed out like I thought he would be. I would definitely recommend anyone needing to have their pet transported use this company. 🐈

We are very satisfied with the service! The team maintained communication throughout, and provided photos and videos. Despite our anxiety regarding this process, the team was supportive and professional. Our grand dog arrived home safe and on-time.

Definitely recomend them! They handled my dog with such care and they were super patient and gentle with him. He's never been apart from me so he was nervous when picked up but they took all my concerns into consideration and handled him well! He seemed really happy with them and I couldn't be any more satisfied with their work! They send me photo updates and also tracking so i felt so much more comfortable with the process. Communication was great and they were fast and efficient. I would 100% chose them for future transports :)

Absolutely recommend!! Can’t thank them enough. Communication was fantastic, and I received several videos and photos on the trip. I know they treat the animals well because the puppy wasn’t sure about leaving him.
