PLEASE MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING! Welcome to Home Sweet Home Pet Delivery! We are military owned with 5+years of animal transporting experience! Combined on and off citizenshippers platform we transported over 2,000 pets with little to no hiccups! Your pet will be safe in our hands! We are insured with vehicle and pet insurance! All vehicles used to transport has amazing A/C and Heating systems to keep pets comfortable during transport!Please feel free to check out our reviews and photos to see if we’re a good fit. See you soon! REQUIREMENTS- Dogs will need to go food, bowl, leash and up to date vaccinations (Dhpp, Bordetella and Rabies) and a bath before transporting. Cats will need to go food, bowls, up to date vaccinations(Rabies and FVRCP) and litter. We supply litter box, water and crate. Pups will need 2rounds of Dhpp and Bordetella along with Rabies vaccine to travel. Pets are allowed a backpack of any other accessories that you want to send with pet. UPDATES DURING TRAVEL- We stop every 4-6hrs to let pets out to walk, stretch, eat, etc. During that stop we also send updates via photo, videos and location. Updates are sent between 8am-10pm. PAYMENT- After booking half/full payment is due on time of pick up via debit/credit card(7% surcharge every time used), Afterpay(is a payment plan option. It has a 7%service charge) or cash! 7% surcharge for debit/credit card is waved if transport is paid in full during pick up! Rest is due at delivery if half option is chosen! Our pricing is not flexible due to the low quantity of pets we transport at once vs others that transport 10-20 animals at once. We believe in quality over quantity. PLEASE BE ADVISED: EVERY QUOTE GIVEN IS SEPARATE FROM CITIZENSHIPPERS’ SUCCESS FEE!!! IF CUSTOMERS DONT REACH OUT AFTER BOOKING WE WONT REACH OUT UNTIL 3DAYS PRIOR OF PICK UP DATE TO RETRIEVE REQUESTED INFO!

My driver was amazing!! Terry communicated and sent videos! It was snowing, so he focused on the road and notified me when he stopped. His daughter was with him and helped on potty breaks and while he cleaned the crate after my Cavapoo got car sick and messed in the crate. It was about a 5-6 hour ride. I was so pleased with the driver! Friendly, caring and professional!!
