Very Friendly and Professional. Terry transported my two cats from CA to GA. He was so great with the updates and just really nice overall. We had a bit of a scare happen with a fellow passenger, and Terry handled it so well and was very honest and informative about it. I plan on going with him again for the next time I need to ship my cats.
