Terry was absolutely amazing. He was so nice and communicated extensively through the entire journey (across the entire US). I knew our dogs were in great hands. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to transport their pets!

I was absolutely thrilled with this pet transport service! They brought my fur baby safely all the way from Philadelphia to Los Angeles, and the entire experience was incredible from start to finish. Communication was stellar. They were quick to respond, professional, kind, and reassuring the entire trip. They sent frequent updates and photos of my lil one throughout the drive, which made me feel completely at ease knowing my pet was safe and well cared for. I would absolutely use them again in the future. My pet traveled in style and very happy - he had a huge, clean space with the litter box, food and water available. This service was reliable, compassionate, and truly wonderful to work with. Highly, highly recommend. Five stars — honestly, I’d give six if I could.

My dog flew from Australia to LA and she had to go for a 4 days road trip a day after for her to get to where I am. I was extremely worried as she also did a long flight right before. Terry was so helpful and kind the whole 4 days. He made sure she got her walk every 4hrs, never missed sharing the location and updates on how she is doing. My dog came home to me happy and healthy. I would definately come back and use Terry's service again if I get a chance. Thank you Terry you were amazing!!

Great at keeping you updated with videos, voice memos and he is great at taking pictures!! Very kind, I had a dog from the shelter who was just neutered and Terry handled him on the leash, weaned him off Trazodone. Words cannot express how patient he is. Also, he is CPR certified with years of all kind of experience with dogs.

Terry was fantastic, he brought my dog from California all the way to Virginia, he provided updates with videos and photos every 4-6 hours, and also shared his location at each of these updates, he gave my Rex plenty of trips to dog parks and followed the dietary routine we laid out for him. Rex arrived on the scheduled day just as planned. I would use Terry again.
