PLEASE MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING! Welcome to Home Sweet Home Pet Delivery! We are military owned with 5+years of animal transporting experience! Combined on and off citizenshippers platform we transported over 2,000 pets with little to no hiccups! Your pet will be safe in our hands! We are insured with vehicle and pet insurance! All vehicles used to transport has amazing A/C and Heating systems to keep pets comfortable during transport!Please feel free to check out our reviews and photos to see if we’re a good fit. See you soon! REQUIREMENTS- Dogs will need to go food, bowl, leash and up to date vaccinations (Dhpp, Bordetella and Rabies) and a bath before transporting. Cats will need to go food, bowls, up to date vaccinations(Rabies and FVRCP) and litter. We supply litter box, water and crate. Pups will need 2rounds of Dhpp and Bordetella along with Rabies vaccine to travel. Pets are allowed a backpack of any other accessories that you want to send with pet. UPDATES DURING TRAVEL- We stop every 4-6hrs to let pets out to walk, stretch, eat, etc. During that stop we also send updates via photo, videos and location. Updates are sent between 8am-10pm. PAYMENT- After booking half payment is due immediately via debit/credit card, or Afterpay(is a payment plan option. It has a 7%service charge)! Rest of payment is due at delivery and can be paid via cash or card. Our pricing is not flexible due to the low quantity of pets we transport at once vs others that transport 10-20 animals at once. We believe in quality over quantity. PLEASE BE ADVISED: EVERY QUOTE GIVEN IS SEPARATE FROM CITIZENSHIPPERS’ SUCCESS FEE!!! IF CUSTOMERS DONT REACH OUT AFTER BOOKING WE WONT REACH OUT UNTIL 3DAYS PRIOR OF PICK UP DATE TO RETRIEVE REQUESTED INFO!

My dog flew from Australia to LA and she had to go for a 4 days road trip a day after for her to get to where I am. I was extremely worried as she also did a long flight right before. Terry was so helpful and kind the whole 4 days. He made sure she got her walk every 4hrs, never missed sharing the location and updates on how she is doing. My dog came home to me happy and healthy. I would definately come back and use Terry's service again if I get a chance. Thank you Terry you were amazing!!

100% put your trust in Terry. Your baby will be in great hands. Terry was absolutely amazing!! He deserves a gold award. Above and beyond. Thank you so much. He was quick to respond. Great at keeping you updated with videos, voice memos and he is great at taking pictures!! Very kind, I had a dog from the shelter who was just neutered and Terry handled him on the leash, weaned him off Trazodone. Words cannot express how patient he is. Also, he is CPR certified with years of all kind of experience with dogs.

Terry was fantastic, he brought my dog from California all the way to Virginia, he provided updates with videos and photos every 4-6 hours, and also shared his location at each of these updates, he gave my Rex plenty of trips to dog parks and followed the dietary routine we laid out for him. Rex arrived on the scheduled day just as planned. I would use Terry again.
