Dear Citizenshipper Team, I am writing to extend my deepest gratitude to Terry the animal transporter who assisted me in bringing my beloved exotic Bengal cat, Terry, safely from Maine to my home in Brooklyn, New York. I booked Terry’s transport through Citizenshipper on Monday, and the transporter undertook a long journey, traveling all the way from New Jersey to Maine back and back to Brooklyn on Friday morning. Throughout the day, I was quite anxious and nervous at work, worrying constantly about Terry’s well-being during the trip. However, upon arriving home and seeing her safe and sound, I was immediately reassured. The transporter’s kindness and professionalism truly stood out. He was incredibly thoughtful, regularly sharing his GPS tracker during the entire trip so I could monitor his location and ensure Terry was safe. Receiving updates every five hours greatly calmed my nerves and offered me peace of mind. Additionally, his genuine appreciation for my cat warmed my heart; he commented on how gorgeous she is and even mentioned she is the most beautiful cat he has ever seen. Thanks to the care and dedication of your transporter, I am now the proud and extremely happy owner of my new kitten. Wow!!!! Home Sweet Home Pet Delivery was just simply AMAZING. I do not have word to express my level of satisfaction. Terry, the owner and transporter, was extremely prompt, professional, and caring. He constantly updated me on my pets and the locations throughout the trip. He sent videos of the pets and his GPS locations continuously, up until the delivery was complete. I was so nervous and worried about my babies, but Terry took away all of my anxiety. So for anybody who needs to transport their pets, I highly recommend Home Sweet Home Pet Delivery.

Extremely satisfied. Terry had excellent communication, and even though my dog was nervous at first, she eventually settled down and gave Terry lots of affection when he dropped her off.
