I started transporting pets in 2020 during the pandemic when I got Lady Farrah, my service dog. Farrah was one of 5 puppies from the litter that needed to be delivered to forever homes. I drove from Wisconsin to Texas, then to Pennsylvania, then to New York, and then back to Wisconsin, and then back to Texas. And I loved it! The experience brought together two loves of my life, driving and animals. It makes my heart smile to see the joy on people's faces when they receive their pets. I know entrusting your furry loved ones to someone else can be scary. Rest assured I will care for your pets as if they are mine. I am fully licensed, insured, USDA registered, Pet CPR and First Aid Certified. During transit, we stop every three to four hours for a stretch and potty break. You will receive photo and video updates so you can follow us along on our journey. I will also provide the pet parent with a live GPS tracking link. Your animal can be transported in a crate or by seat belt. I have small, medium, and large crates available to transport. Crates and bedding are cleaned, washed, and sanitized after each animal to prevent cross-contamination. Puppies without all vaccinations and boosters will not be permitted to be on the ground. We provide a lined puppy playpen with pee pads for them to go in. This service is also available for immune-compromised pets. I can also provide multiple pets and private solo pet transport. And all pets receive the same VIP service. When shipping multiple pets, they’re always kept separated. I travel with no more than three additional passengers and my dog. ,I suggest that you provide your pet’s food during transport to help safeguard your pet’s health, comfort, and safety during their trip. As it’s not good to change a pet’s diet during transportation. I ask for $100 deposit upfront upon booking and the rest upon delivery. I take Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, or cash upon delivery. I am I can also take any tap credit card upon delivery CitizenShipper charges a booking fee that is separate and does not come out of the actual driver’s quote. Please confirm the booking dates before accepting the quote so I can confirm availability. Quotes include: • Door-to-door pickup and delivery. • Direct ground transportation. • Live GPS tracking. • Signature capture at pick-up and delivery. There is a 72-hour cancellation policy. If the driver cancels, your deposit is fully refunded. If the shipping customer cancels in less than 72 hours, half of your deposit will be refunded due to the driver being en route to your area for transport. I usually like to travel with Lady Farrah as my co-pilot. If you prefer her to stay at home, please just let me know. I want to help make the best trip possible for your furry friend! Jayne was extremely kind!! I immediately felt a sense of relief knowing she was going to take care of my dogs during the transport. She kept me posted and sent pictures through out the travel. I would recommend her and use her services again in the future. She was timely, reliable and very professional.

Finding Jayne was such a blessing! We needed to find a way to get our 8 week old puppy from Gainesville, FL to Roswell, GA. We were so lucky Jayne was available! Her communication is excellent, she responds promptly and she made the process so easy. She picked up Emma this morning in Florida and dropped her off this afternoon in Roswell, GA. She sent several photos and videos over the course of their trip, letting us know that all was well. She stopped and fed Emma lunch half way through the trip. We were so impressed with her expertise and care, there is a reason that she has a 5 star rating AND a pet transport expert, she’s outstanding! If she is available, you need to book her right away! My flight was delayed a couple of hours and I wasn’t able to pick up my cat before closing. Luckily I found Jayne, she is very kind and considerate of you and your pet. She is consistent and gives you updates and tracking which is great. This was amazing service above and beyond!

I am genuinely shocked at how easy and successful this experience was. Jayne was professional, courteous, well prepared, and communicative the entire time. She even went above and beyond the day-of by helping me finish some last minute tasks prior to the trip. Most shockingly, she rose to the challenge of making me feel confident that my pets would be fine over the course of an 8 hour car ride with someone I had not met in person before. Through no fault of hers, I hope it's a long time before I have to move again, but if and when I do, my first task will be seeing if Jayne can pencil me in.
