Monique was very nice and came quickly. My Great Dane puppy Sarge, fell in love w her during the transport and didn't want her to leave when she dropped him off. Communication was excellent too! Very pleased with Monique but wish Citizenshipper was more transparent about their $220 fee. This was my first time transporting a pet and highly recommend Monique!

Monique was absolutely fantastic. We have never done something like this so we’re a little apprehensive, but Monique was professional, kind, responsive, and extremely communicative throughout the whole trip across the country. Could not recommend her more highly! We were confident our pups were being cared for and loved along the way.

Monique was amazing. She took such great care of Francis, bringing him from Massachusetts to California. She always kept us up to date with info and photos, and kept us from ever having to worry about him. In a few words: she’s the best.

Monique is a pro!! She is so kind and had great communication with us as she transported our sweet Labrador Barney out of a shelter in Florida up to Minnesota! Can’t say enough good things about her! A totally kind soul and a lover of animals! ❤️ would use again and trust her with my animals any time!

Monique went above and beyond to get our new puppy to us safely. She was early to pick him up, kept in contact the whole time and sent pictures. I 100% recommend her and will use her again in the future!
