Monique is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond for me and my family during a very stressful time, showing us so much kindness and care. Her love for what she does is truly evident in every interaction. She took such incredible care of Jacob (Husky), making sure he was not only safe but also happy and comfortable. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in such loving hands. I can’t recommend her enough—she’s truly one of a kind!

Monique was beyond amazing. Our sweet girl Luna was so loved on and taken care of. Luna is a high energy 2 year old Husky that she transported from Denver Colorado to Fort Myers Florida. Monique kept in contact with us along the way sending pictures and funny sayings. They even had coffee talk and a pup cup at one of their stops. I recently had the pleasure of working with Monique to deliver my golden retriever, Emma, across the country from the East Coast to the West Coast. Monique was incredibly loving and attentive to every detail. She went above and beyond to make Emma's journey comfortable, flattening the second row and combining it with the trunk space to create a cozy bed for her. Throughout the trip, Monique sent me pictures and took Emma to places she clearly loved, making the journey a truly enjoyable experience for my furry friend. Initially, I was unsure how this would work out and had signed up with another person who didn't work out. Reading other reviews helped me choose Monique, and I'm so glad I did. Monique is a very personable, very caring lady with a big heart and passion for animals. I wasn't sure how my crazy 5-cat bunch would survive a travel with a stranger, but surprisingly they were all calm, playful and even ate and used the "facilities". Great experience. Highly recommend!

Monique was incredible! She kept in touch leading up to the transport day, sent updates and photos along the way and took amazing care of our new Italian greyhound puppy Casper! I can't recommend her highly enough. She's so sweet and you can see how much she loves pets. She was very conscious of Casper's safety too. She let me know the breeder didn't send a harness with him so she didn't want to risk stopping to take him out for breaks...he was born deaf so she knew that it wasn't worth risking his safety taking him out on just a small lead. I absolutely agreed with her and they both got here safe and secure after a very long drive. Casper got here happy and rested and I will forever be grateful for Monique's help. Some other transport people have multiple drivers over a trip... That concerned me because of Casper's deafness and him being a puppy leaving his mom and siblings for the first time. It made me rest easy knowing he was only with one person for the trip. All our appreciation to Monique for making this crazy long drive from South Carolina all the way up to the Poconos in Pennsylvania. You can trust that she'll take care of your pets as if they're her own. Thank you thank you thank you Monique!
