Monique is a pro!! She is so kind and had great communication with us as she transported our sweet Labrador Barney out of a shelter in Florida up to Minnesota! Can’t say enough good things about her! A totally kind soul and a lover of animals! ❤️ would use again and trust her with my animals any time!

Monique went above and beyond to get our new puppy to us safely. She was early to pick him up, kept in contact the whole time and sent pictures. I 100% recommend her and will use her again in the future!

Monique was a superstar.she took care of business at customs in Miami she made sure she got my new puppy and called me until I woke up lol..to make sure I did my part so she could get my new pup.she had all the papers in order.and she took care of him 1st class on the trip from Miami to ohio videos and pictures and conversation. Monique picked up Floppy from the City of Mobile Shelter. She was absolutely wonderful with him. Frequent stops for Floppy to run around and go potty. She was extremely dependable and excellent with communication with me telling me how he was doing, where they were in their drive, etc. I had never met Floppy before so she clued me in to his temperament, likes and dislikes, etc. She really took such good care of him and provided him with a comfy bed and fan. Very very thoughtful to Floppy. Monique was beyond wonderful with transporting Floppy and taking such good and careful care of him from Alabama to Minnesota!! I will definitely use Monique again with transporting precious cargo!!!!!!!
