Absolutely horrible. My poor baby came back to me covered in urine and poop. They take 5 of their own dogs on the transport. Leaves very little room for animals they are transporting. She had diarrhea for 4 days. I had to take her to the vet. DO NOT BOOK THIS TRANSPORTER.

I needed to find rapid, safe transportation for 3 cats across 1,000 miles from South Carolina to Wisconsin. Adam impressed me with his thoughtful communication and care in his bid and that continued all throughout the experience. Due to unforeseen circumstances we ended up needing transport for 4 cats, not 3, and to add a stop that added 350 miles to the route, AND to delay the start of the trip by a day. Adam was gracious, flexible, kind, calm, and supportive through it all. He and his co-driver provided door to door private transport for the 4 cats in record time, minimizing their stress and helping them relax with catnip whenever they got a little anxious. The kitties had a private ride all to themselves, with no stacking and the ability to see each other, which I am sure also helped them to feel at ease. I even had to send extensive supplies and a cat tree for the 4th cat to take to his new home and Adam rolled with it and made it all work. Along the way Adam gave proactive updates on his progress, ETA, and how the kitties were doing. These are high-needs, anxious cats, and I was so glad I placed my trust in Adam to get them where they needed to go.

What a great truly great experience for my family. Much better than I ever could have expected. This was a long trip on the road for our dog - from California to Connecticut over a multi-day period. Snowball was SO communicative with many photos, doggie updates and location updates each day. He arrived to pick up our dog exactly when he said he was and dropped her off exactly when he said he would. I would recommend him to anybody and would 100% request him if we ever needed to do something like this again. And we are tough customers! Thank you Snowball!

Never use them for your shipping needs. The cats were transported without food or water and confined in a crate too small for them for a total of 21 hours. We were told the cats would be picked up on Tuesday or Wednesday but were finally picked up on Friday night. We spoke with Robert multipule times and texted, but someone unknown to me picked up and delivered and this was never disclosed to us. We never did receive a signed copy of the agreement from Robert. AVOID THEM!!!!!!!

London was great with my pups! I was worried one would be anxious but she felt very comfortable with London and seemed to do good during the trip. London shared her location the whole time and sent plenty of pics and videos of the dogs. She also FaceTimed to show them when she had the chance. One of my dogs was having trouble with her back legs but London was a great help getting her in and out of the car and keeping me updated on it. The dogs enjoyed it so much they tried to get back in the car at drop off!

I know now that if I ever need help transporting anything, especially one of my fur babies, I can count on Kala. About four years ago, I had a terrible experience with a transporter through CitizenShipper, and my dog tragically passed away after being run over. Because of that experience, I honestly never thought I would use CitizenShipper again. I had so much anxiety about arranging transportation for my kitten, but Kala was incredibly patient, reassuring, and understanding. She even went out of her way to make sure everything seemed legitimate with the breeder before bringing my kitten to me. She communicated with me throughout the trip, kept me updated, and sent me the cutest pictures of my kitten during transport. All of that gave me so much extra peace of mind and helped me feel comfortable trusting someone with one of my babies again. Even though I’m extremely busy, I wanted to make sure I left this review for anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and dependable person to transport their fur babies. Christina and her daughter are extremely highly recommended! These ladies were fast in their delivery and took such good care of my Maine Coon on his way to his new mama. She listened to all the things that I requested during the trip as far as making sure he stayed clean, had his ear drops and his comfort during the drive. Overall it was fine. He was very nice. I would have liked to have a more specific set schedule with my pet and not just touch and go. As a planner, I was confused why the plan was not mapped out prior to and made it difficult for both the breeder and myself to plan our days. Thank goodness I was able to be flexible with the delivery time that day but if our family had prior obligations, it would have caused additional stress.

jacob is an amazing driver! he went above and beyond to make this experience easy & provided outstanding service!! fairly priced and hard working, i was nervous going into this, especially with the amount of cats, but he eased my worries. safety is a priority, which is something i strongly value. i fully trusted him with all of my cats! communication was strong throughout the whole trip along with location being shared the entire time, i got plenty of updates and photos (plus a video!) throughout the trip. he was flexible on working with times that work for me, and arrived exactly on time for both pickup and delivery. anytime i need a driver in the future, i know exactly who to contact. if you’re looking to book someone, he’s the person for the job! bless you jacob and thank you so much!!!

Absolutely amazing. Right from the beginning Howard made me comfortable knowing he was transporting my 4 cats. Pick up was in a small northern california mountain town up and down a windy road, then all the way to the other side of california to an ocean town. He let me know when he arrived at pick up and when he left and gave me up dates along the way. When I met him he was so nice! Didn't complain about my cats crying (which im sure they did!!) I would recommend Howard 100%!!!

The transport was fabulous! We had two kittens transported from Alabama to North Carolina. Sharonda was very professional, very sweet, and personable. She arrived on time for pickup and gave me updates throughout the trip, and my two babies arrived safe and sound. Moving across states is so stressful, but Colleen put my mind at ease about our dogs. She communicated often snd responded quickly to questions. She took pictures along the way, gave them plenty of breaks, and when I needed two extra hours for the movers to complete their job, she was happy to spend the extra time with him. Moving two cats from Oregon to South Carolina is stressful enough, but one of ours is a certified drama queen on a good day. I was honestly terrified about how they’d handle a cross-country road trip, but hiring Emi was the best decision we could have made. She kept us completely connected the entire time with photos, videos, and regular updates from the road, which was an absolute lifesaver for my peace of mind. What blew me away was her patience. When the cats were too stressed to eat, Emi actually hand-fed them to make sure they felt safe and cared for. Both cats arrived safe, sound, and remarkably settled after that many miles.
