Our previous booking company cancelled last minute and Crystals was absolutely amazing the whole time. She’s responsive, reliable, with great communication! We had an excellent experience with zero complaints. Cookie was picked up in Seattle on 9/4 and safely delivered to Maryland by 9 AM on 9/8. Communication was clear throughout the trip, and it was obvious cookie was well cared for. Cookie arrived happy and healthy, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. Crystal was so amazing! She transported Scooby all the way to Tucson safely and quickly. She sent pictures and updates and even gave me her location so I could see in real time where they were. She was so reassuring about the whole thing and was very amazing overall. I HIGHLY recommend her to take your baby anywhere!!

She is amazing

She was very sweet and attentive with my pup and worked with my pickup schedule. She was able to meet me at my hotel in Seattle and transport my dog to phoenix within 2 days. I originally flew in from over seas via military flight and had an American bully who couldn’t fly commercial once I hit main land. Her help and continuous updates made the stress of traveling so much less. Highly recommend.

This is our first experience shipping our dog with someone, so we have no basis for comparison. We booked Crystal only about a week in advance, so we were happy to find Crystal. Ruby arrived happy and safe, which is of course the #1 goal. Crystal transported multiple dogs, picking up along the way, and continuing on after dropping Ruby off. She stayed in hotels and with her in-laws over the weekend before starting the longest part of the drive. She was very nice, seemed to genuinely like dogs, and sent plenty of updates and pictures along the way. She did not use most of the dog food we provided, but Ruby was not super hungry when she arrived, so I'm guessing she probably chose to feed all the dogs the same food to avoid any conflict. Not really an issue for us, but would have been nice to know in advance rather than getting our cooler bag back with a bunch of warm, smelly food pouches. My advice to anyone using Citizen Shipper is just to ask every possible question so you're clear in advance as to what to expect.
