Hi, I’m Crystal — Owner of Crystal & Sophie’s Pet Transport Service based out of the PNW. My love of the open road has always been a big part of who I am, and over the years I’ve turned that passion for travel into a dependable, long‑distance pet transport service that families can trust. Sophie, my loyal four‑legged co‑pilot, has been with me from the very beginning. She’s the heart behind the name and the inspiration for the level of care I bring to every trip. Traveling with her reminded me how important comfort, patience, and calm energy are for pets on the road — and those values are built into every transport I provide. I specialize in safe, comfortable, and stress‑free ground travel for pets across the country. With extensive experience on long routes, I plan every trip with care — from fuel stops and rest breaks to weather‑aware routing and real‑time communication. Your pet’s comfort and safety are always my top priorities. My business is built on three core values: trust, transparency, and genuine care. I provide frequent updates, photos, and clear communication so you always know exactly how your pet is doing. Every animal I transport is treated like family, and every journey is handled with professionalism and heart. As transporters we do not see any of that fee. Payments I do require 50% at the time of booking within 24-48 hrs and the remainder at the time of drop off. Accept payments through Venmo, PayPal, Cashapp, Chime, or ApplePay. Cash accepted at time of drop off only. Requirements of any pet: * Be in good health, update on all vaccinations & clean. * Own food to prevent having any pet sick. (Enough for the travel period) * Leash, Harness or collar Solo/VIP Transport does run a little higher, but I do what I can to keep it reasonable for all. References available upon request I am here to answer any and all questions or concerns you may have. I want to make this as easy and stress-free for you and your fur babies. I had no prior experience with finding transport for a pet before, because I'd always been able to handle it myself. Recently I found myself both unable to make the drive from northern California to New Mexico myself and without a friend able to do so! Crystal made things EXPONENTIALLY less stressful, I truly felt like there were no stupid questions or clarifications I could ask. Her communications were timely and thorough and she walked me through step by step. We sent her with a historically anxious 6 year old terrier, and she ferried her with confidence and aplomb, and our dog is doing great on the other end of her trip. I have full confidence in using Crystal and Sophie in the future, and it's a great relief knowing I put Paris in knowledgeable and caring hands.
