Bean Express is the best. The transporting of our new pup couldn't have gone any smoother! Susan went the extra mile! She went out of her way from where she was to get him, and cared for him like he was her own family member helping him feel comforted when he was feeling separation anxiety. This was a fantastic experience using the Beans. Their communication was usually very quick unless they are in church which is fine by me. However once they had my pup with them they were in frequent contact and responded very quickly once they had him until we went to bed and they kept driving. My pup was clean when he arrived which tells me he didn't have the opportunity to soil him self while in their care nor did he suck down tons of water like he was never given water. If I ever have to use this service again I will definitely use them. Last point they respect veterans!

Susan and Steve Bean are absolutely incredible! From the moment they picked up our two dogs, we could tell they truly cared. They’re humble, down-to-earth, and just all-around good people. We were updated every step of the way through photos, messages, and even GPS tracking so we always knew exactly where our pups were. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and confident the entire time. It’s rare to find service, and people, this genuine. If we ever need to transport our pups again, we won’t think twice. Susan and Steve are the only ones we’ll call! 🐾❤️

I had an amazing experience with Mr. and Mrs. Bean who transported my Labradoodle puppy. Their pricing was excellent, and the level of care they provided was even better. They gave me constant updates with photos, always responded quickly, and even put in the extra effort to leave early so my dog could get to me as fast as possible. I recommend them!!

Absolutely the BEST!! You will have no worries at all when choosing Bean Express. They took phenomenal care of my Standard Poodle Puppy. Updates the ENTIRE time and photos too. Nicest couple ever. Don’t even think about choosing anyone else. They are a 10++++!!!!
