Your pet is family. ❤️ Personal Care — Not High-Volume Transportation I intentionally transport only a small number of pets at a time, typically 1–2, depending on their size, temperament, and individual needs. I am not a high-volume transporter filling a vehicle with as many animals as possible. Limiting the number of passengers allows me to provide each pet with personal attention, supervision, comfort, patience, and affection throughout the journey. During transportation, your pet receives: 🐾 Potty, exercise, and comfort breaks approximately every 3–3,5 hours 💧 Fresh water throughout the journey 🍽 Feeding according to your instructions 📸 Approximately 3–4 photo/video updates per day plus video call 📍 GPS trip tracking through Google Maps ❤️ Individual attention, reassurance, and affection 🚗 Comfortable, climate-controlled cabin transportation I follow your instructions regarding feeding, medications, routines, temperament, and any special needs as closely as possible. 🚗 Experienced Long-Distance Transporter I have completed more than 40,000 miles of professional pet transportation, including numerous coast-to-coast journeys exceeding 2,500–3,000 miles. Professional Driving Experience My experience extends beyond pet transportation. I have professional passenger-driving experience through the Uber platform while driving a company-owned, fully electric Kia EV9 provided by Alto. I accumulated 500+ hours of professional driving experience while maintaining an excellent 4.99 Uber rating. I am comfortable with interstate highways, mountain roads, large cities, rural areas, changing climates, and multi-day cross-country journeys. My vehicle receives regular scheduled maintenance, including oil changes, tire replacement, and mechanical inspections/diagnostics. 🗓 Trip Scheduling & Delivery I understand that clients want to know not only that their pet is safe, but also when they can expect them home. For shorter trips, I make every reasonable effort to provide same-day delivery whenever distance and conditions safely allow. For longer journeys, I plan efficient travel days while allowing appropriate breaks for your pet's comfort, exercise, feeding, and care. I will discuss the expected pickup and delivery schedule with you before the trip and keep you informed throughout the journey. ❤️Safety always comes before rushing a delivery.❤️ If an overnight stay is necessary, your pet remains under my personal supervision and care — never boarded or simply left unattended. 💬 Communication Throughout the Journey I know how stressful it can be to place your beloved pet in someone else's care. CitizenShipper charges separate platform/service fees.🙌These fees are determined and collected by CitizenShipper and are separate from my transportation price. * Reservations are ❤️first-come, first-served and subject to availability. * A trip is considered reserved once the required booking payment has been received and the transportation dates have been confirmed. 💰 How My Transportation Rates Are Determined Because every transport request is unique, I don't use a flat per-mile rate. Each quote is customized to the route and your pet's specific needs. Each transportation quote is carefully calculated based on the individual trip rather than using a one-size-fits-all price. Rates take into consideration 👌total mileage, fuel costs, tolls, vehicle wear and tear, travel time, route, number and size of pets, required level of care, and current travel conditions.💕 Long-distance and overnight trips may require additional planning and expenses. Rates may therefore vary depending on the specific route, schedule, and transportation requirements. I always strive to keep my pricing 💕fair, reasonable, and transparent while never compromising the safety, comfort, or quality of care provided to your pet.❤️ 🐾 Client Responsibilities Please provide: 👍Appropriate food for your pet for the entire journey 👍Any necessary medications, along with clear instructions 👍Any important information regarding your pet's feeding schedule, temperament, medical needs, anxiety, routines, or special requirements For additional safety during the journey, ❤️I carry my own leashes and secure harnesses❤️and have them available for use as needed during transportation and rest stops. Please make sure all information regarding your pet is accurate and communicated before pickup so I can prepare appropriately for their journey. I am a mother of three, a lifelong animal lover, a Pomeranian breeder, and a pet parent myself. My family has included Pomeranians, Huskies, Great Pyrenees, and even our rabbit, Stepashka. ❤️ I am also a professional photographer with 15 years of experience and previously worked as a photographer for Carnival Cruise Lines. Traveling and driving have been part of my life since childhood. My father was a truck driver, and some of my earliest memories are of joining him on trips. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall, I had a good experience. Communication was great throughout the trip, and she kept me updated. She clearly takes safety first, which I really appreciated. There were some unexpected issues along the way, and because of the long drive and a rainstorm, she chose to stop overnight to get some rest rather than continue driving while tired. I respect that decision because safety should always come first. She was also supposed to have her location shared throughout the trip, but there were some issues because her phone battery was getting low, and she was trying to conserve it so it would last. While I would have preferred to have the location available the entire time, she still kept me informed with updates. My puppy arrived later than originally expected, but he arrived safe, healthy, and well cared for, which was the most important thing. Despite the delay and the location issue, she handled everything professionally and did a good job. I appreciate the communication, her focus on safety, and the care she showed during transport.

Annie was great! She drove my dogs from VA to WY over 3 days. She communicated with me the whole time and took really good care of my dogs. Annie even took them to a park and they got to swim in a pond!

Annie is great. As she will tell you, I was so skeptical, and I kept bothering her for location, updates, but in all honesty, she volunteered them freely. She sent us pictures at every stop, hotel stay, and even after her departure, after delivering Diamond to my mother, she still checks on her. Love her services!!! Hands down, I'm sooooo grateful for her. Thank you, Annie, truly!!!

I was extremely satisfied with Annie’s services she was so kind from the beginning to the end my dogs where so comfortable with her they left with no issues the whole trip she maintained me informed with pictures location and quick message on how they where doing I would definitely go through her again any time I need my pups re located thank you soooo much we appreciate you very much 1000%

Our original transporter cancelled on us 3 days before we were supposed to depart our location without any notice. Annie came through for us and was very communicative during the trip. Annie was/is absolutely AMAZING!!! Words cannot express how AMAZING she really is!! She took such great care of our dogs and treated them as if they were her own! If I could give Annie 10/10 stars…I would!! Annie…from the bottom of my heart…THANK YOU for taking such great care of our dogs and getting them both home safely to us!!! Will definitely be using you again in the future.

We had an exceptional experience with Annie transporting our dog over 2500 miles, from coast to coast. From start to finish, she was professional, communicative, and clearly passionate about what she does.
