RM Pets Solo Adventures

If I could rate 1000 stars, I would. RM was the best choice possible when booking for our dog. He picked up the booking even though it was last minute, he got the dog here the next day even though it was crazy far, and he made sure to provide lots of pictures and videos to keep our minds at ease. He was very communicative to everyone involved from the pickup location to the destination. He even provided tracking so we could see the journey, along with allowing our dog to have an air tag. He took our dog on lots of walks and he had a spacious area in the back of his car so he was comfortable the whole way. This was our first time booking on citizen shipper, so we were nervous to have our pup traveling with a complete stranger for over 1700 miles, but I can say it was worth it 100% I’m glad we found RM and I seriously cannot recommend him enough, the trip was just perfect and the driver was the nicest guy we could’ve found. Thank you again so much for bringing Rex to us, he had a great time!

This trip was a great success. Mateo was delivered safe and sound with special attention to his needs as an older dog. We were kept well informed with regular updates and great pictures of the journey. The driver was caring, thoughtful, and conscientious.

Robert exceeded our expectations. Communication from start to finish was superb. Photos of our previous Mungo came along with status reports on a long journey. Thank you Robert.

Absolutely outstanding!! Robert gave 110%. I was blown away with how thorough he was with our pet relocation which had many moving parts and required communication with several people to make it all work. A true professional and an amazing and kind person. I cannot thank him enough or recommend him more highly. His cost is absolutely reasonable especially for the service that he provides.

Robert was incredible. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! Robert drove my golden retriever all the way back to Texas and took amazing care of him the entire trip. He sent me picture updates every few hours, which gave me so much peace of mind. He was incredibly kind, professional, and punctual from start to finish. You can tell he truly cares about the animals he transports. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a safe, reliable, and thoughtful pet transport service!

What can one say about Robert? Such a wonderful young man. Totally organized, beautiful setup for a solo haul. Many pictures for 3 1/2 days at every stop including overnight stays in hotels. So easy to deal with, reasonable cost for a 2500 miles ride. This guy is your man. Truly have no doubts in recommending Robert to one and all. You will not be disappointed. Where do I start! Robert was the best dog handler I could have asked for. He took care of Samson so well and brought him home safely. In his own private vehicle!! Very well priced as well for the service. Super happy and would totally use him again
