Here's a polished rewrite: My puppy, Chopper, a chocolate Husky, was stuck in a shelter while I was deployed and unable to retrieve him myself. Mr. Sam assured me that he could get Chopper out of the shelter and safely transport him back to Ohio until my deployment was complete. He provided tremendous peace of mind throughout the entire process by maintaining consistent communication, sending regular updates and videos, and keeping me informed every step of the way. Mr. Sam stayed on schedule and made sure Chopper was comfortable and well cared for during the entire journey. I am incredibly grateful for his professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for Chopper!

Sam was absolutely incredible!!!!!! I don't leave reviews, but this one deserves every inch of it. From 30 minutes after he left, he was sending real time phones with GPS location on it, custom videos throughout the trip and my dog "aka my best friend" arrived flawlessly on-time and happy. Sam was absolutely amazing throughout my dog Blu’s journey! He kept me updated the entire time with pictures, videos, and messages, which gave me so much peace of mind during a stressful move. Blu can be very cautious and slow to trust new people, so I was nervous about the trip, but he really warmed up to Sam and was clearly comfortable in his care. That meant everything to me. Sam was professional, kind, communicative, and truly cared about Blu’s wellbeing every step of the way. I’m so grateful for the care and attention he provided and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing pet transportation!

Using Sam to help transport our father’s dog from Minneapolis to San Diego was the first time we had ever used a Citizen Shipper service, so we really didn’t know what to expect. We submitted our request and, within just a few hours, had several strong options to choose from. After reviewing everyone carefully, we decided on Sam because of his outstanding reviews — and we are so glad we did. We were definitely a little nervous since this was our first experience doing something like this, but the moment Sam arrived, we immediately felt at ease. His vehicle was spotless and set up like the “doggy Four Seasons” inside — you could instantly tell he truly cares about the animals he transports. We had trackers on Loki, so we always knew where they were, but Sam went above and beyond with communication. At every stop, we received updates, pictures, and even a really great video. It brought us so much joy watching Loki’s great adventure as he made his way quickly from Minneapolis to San Diego. Communication was effortless the entire trip. We always felt informed, connected, and reassured. Most importantly, it genuinely felt like Sam loved and cared for our dog just as much as we do. Thank you, Sam. If we could give you more stars, we absolutely would.

Sam and his partner delivered our adopted adult German Shepherd Annie from South Dakota to California. Communication was great, the pictures and videos were a nice touch. Annie had a great setup in the car, always water available and frequent brakes. They made it here even sooner than expected and Annie wanted to jump back in the car which tells me she was treated very well. I would highly recommend Sam if you’re thinking of transporting any pet. This was my first time using Citizen Shipper. After wading through all the proposals to transport our Golden Retriever from Chicago to Tucson, I selected Sam based on other reviews, and his quick responses to my questions. After Sam (& his wife) arrived to pick up our dog, & a sad good-bye, they were very shortly on their way. 4 fun video clips, several photos, text messages of calming reassurance and 33 quick hours later, they were in Tucson delivering our dog to my son. This was the Best (& fastest!) experience ever! Thank you Very much Sam!!

I could not thank Sam enough. He responded promptly to a request that seemed near impossible: a last minute cancellation by another transporter, Sam pulled an all nighter to deliver our 9 week old puppy over 500 miles safe and sound!!! He provided real time tracking, updates with live videos and pictures, and an estimated eta various times during their journey. I would trust Sam time and time again. The most amazing experience using this platform for the first time! And it won’t be the last! Thank you Sam!!!!!!
