This was my first time using Citizen Shipper. After wading through all the proposals to transport our Golden Retriever from Chicago to Tucson, I selected Sam based on other reviews, and his quick responses to my questions. After Sam (& his wife) arrived to pick up our dog, & a sad good-bye, they were very shortly on their way. 4 fun video clips, several photos, text messages of calming reassurance and 33 quick hours later, they were in Tucson delivering our dog to my son. This was the Best (& fastest!) experience ever! Thank you Very much Sam!!

I could not thank Sam enough. He responded promptly to a request that seemed near impossible: a last minute cancellation by another transporter, Sam pulled an all nighter to deliver our 9 week old puppy over 500 miles safe and sound!!! He provided real time tracking, updates with live videos and pictures, and an estimated eta various times during their journey. I would trust Sam time and time again. The most amazing experience using this platform for the first time! And it won’t be the last! Thank you Sam!!!!!!

One of the best transports I’ve booked, and I’ve been using this app for years. Sam was great with our puppy, stopped plenty of times for leg stretches and sent the most adorable videos for updates. 10/10 recommend!

Sam was the absolute best transporter a pet owner could ask for. He was punctual, polite and took excellent care of our dog. He sent videos and updates along the way. Tecova was happy and calm upon arrival. I could not have done a better job myself. 100/10

Sam transported our dog Bear over 2 days. He was in frequent contact with me about route changes due to weather. He provided photos and videos of Bear frequently. We were very happy with the care that Sam took with our beloved dog.

Sam did an excellent job transporting my dog. He took extra care to make her comfortable and he did a great job fulfilling additional needs my dog required. I loved how he sent plenty of photos and videos throughout the trip. It really helped me with keeping a peace of mind. If you need to send your dog across the country and your dog requires special needs, Sam is your man.
