Unbelievable and reliable. So sweet and let you track and update anytime. Very communicative and caring. Highly recommend.

Im so blown away by the service Sam provided our family today! In the middle of a move and a very stressful season he blessed our family by taking our family dog from Atlanta down to Florida to stay w my parents for a while until I can get through this season. His service is unmatched and I’d hire him over and over! Thank you so much Sam!! Louis is so grateful for the ride!

The experience was even better than I imagined. He stayed in touch with us all day and night, shared his location with us the whole time, parked the car, and fed the puppy. He’s a very kind person with an incredible sense of responsibility. I recommend him 1000%—what an amazing service. Don’t hesitate to contact him. He sent me photos and videos of the puppy—the service was absolutely incredible. I’m grateful for everything he did for my puppy. Thank you again.

Tony had a great ride. Sam was very transparent through the entire process and was reliable on his ETA and was very responsive through the citizen shipper and text. He sent multiple pictures and videos daily and shared his location with us. He even re-routed to a different address when I told him. Sam was great and had his vehicle perfect for our dog. This is our third cross country trek and this was the best one so far and offered a fair price.

Sam is an extraordinary person. He went beyond what we were expected during this trip from Seattle to Phoenix with our dog. I couldn’t imagine something like this ever. He sends picture and videos regularly, shared the location with us and took care of everything. He is very nice and a real gentleman. 5/5 is not enough for him and what he did. Very satisfied about this experience

Sam went above and beyond to make sure our dog and we as owners felt super comfortable with the process! He was amazing highly recommend to anyone!

From the initial contact to the final delivery, everything was smooth and professional. Throughout the trip, Sam sent short videos to keep me updated on my dog's progress, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. He arrived on time, and my dog looked happy and comfortable the entire journey. The level of care and attention Sam provided was outstanding. If you want to be confident that your pet will not only arrive safely but also receive the same love, care, and attention you would give them yourself, I highly recommend Sam.

I’m so grateful for the excellent care Sam provided in transporting my cats, Henry and Mimi, on their 1,300-mile journey from Florida to Connecticut. Sam was professional, dependable, and clearly cared about keeping them safe and comfortable throughout the trip. Communication was excellent, and I appreciated the updates and peace of mind knowing they were in good hands. I would confidently recommend this service to anyone needing compassionate and reliable pet transport.
