Sam went above and beyond for our family by safely transporting our baby Osiris from Daytona Beach, Florida all the way to Gulfport, Mississippi — on Christmas Day no less. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely amazing. Sam was professional, communicative, kind, and treated Osiris as if he were his own. Knowing our baby was in such caring and capable hands gave us total peace of mind during the entire trip. The updates, attention to detail, and genuine love for animals truly set Sam apart. Sam was fantastic and ensured we had a new puppy for Christmas. We placed the job last minute and Sam promised us we would have our new puppy in time. He made the delivery on Christmas Eve. Our puppy arrived happy, early, and Sam ensured we were able to freely communicate with him during the travel. I highly recommend Sam and will use him again in the future.

Done this about 3 times now with all different people and honestly this was by the most smooth one of all. I can tell Sam took care of my dog by not only giving me location tracking but collage pictures every couple hours that was great. Sam keep up the great work and I will be back if needed

Sam is an absolute gem of person, and I am so grateful to have found him! He took my boy cross-country from FL to CA in just over 2 days and the trip was seamless from start to finish. We were originally supposed to fly out together to CA when I relocated for work, but after getting kicked off the airplane for being a little too excited, driving Teddy became our only option so I turned to CitizenShipper — I was so nervous to entrust someone I didn’t know with Teddy (as I’ve heard horror stories / Reddit seems hit or miss) and even considered doing the drive myself but Sam is a consummate professional and immediately put me at ease. I “interviewed” several people through the CitizenShipper app before landing on Sam and suggest you do the same. He has completed the background check, USDA verification and a CDL so I felt comfortable that he was qualified for this type of trip. He was extremely communicative before, during and after the trip. He arrived exactly when he said he would for both pick up and drop off. He shared his location with me the entire time and sent video montages / picture updates throughout the journey, which were hysterical. They included time stamps / location stamps so you can see exactly where they were on the route. He even made sure Teddy was able to stretch his legs at dog parks along the way and went so far as to hand-feed him when he was being picky about eating his food. He is.clearly a true animal lover and it shows. The modified van set-up is ideal for long cross-country hauls (Teddy hopped right in and slept most of the way). It was spotlessly clean and Teddy arrived happy and stress-free, which was remarkable given the length of the trip. Sam is so professional and accommodating, even pushing up our trip so Teddy was able to make it to CA in time for the New Year. For the white glove service he provided, his rate is more than reasonable and on par with other options on the CitizenShipper platform. I will 10000% be working with Sam again and cannot recommend him highly enough / say enough good things about this experience. I’ve already told several friends about him so selfishly hope he doesn’t book up too much for Teddy and I in the future! :) I am so relieved to have found him! THANK YOU, SAM! Happy New Year! 🎊 🐶

I was very happy with how Sam handled driving my 16yo little old lady for 15 hours after a family emergency left her stranded. Sam made sure she was comfortable, provided periodic updates including pictures and videos, stopped frequently to let her potty and run around, and she arrived happy and healthy. Thank you so much for taking wonderful care of Bailey!

I received great service from Sam! His customer service skills were off the charts! Communicating with him about logistics before the pickup was very easy. He was always polite and never made me feel like I was being a bother! My cats arrived at their location without a scratch! And the update photos along the way were a super sweet benefit! 10/10 would recommend!
