As the owner of Beam’s Beagles, I was blessed with a beautiful litter of puppies in January of this year. When it came time for them to go home, one of my new puppy owners asked if her puppy could be delivered via ground carrier, something I had never done before. Good Dog recommended I contact Citizen Shipper to find the best carriers, so I went to their website and made a listing. I received several bids, but one in particular got my attention – Peace Love Paws Pet Nanny Services. I accepted that bid and received a message from her right away. I was nervous about this new situation, but Emi immediately put me at ease. She shared all her credentials and explained her excellent business practices and then we exchanged info for pickup and delivery. When Emi came for pick-up, I was delighted to see that this pup was going on a VIP trip with an absolutely amazing Private Pet Nanny. He received the best of care along the entire journey and it was all documented with lots of texts, pictures, and love. Emi truly is everything her business name implies. I just can’t say enough good things about her, and I highly recommend her above and beyond services to everyone.

Communication was great, worked with difficult rescue, sent lots of pictures and updates.

Emi was incredible! I have never used a pet transportation service before and was hesitant to pay upfront, but she explained the process and made me feel comfortable. Emi communicated the route she would take and any weather issues. She updated us with their progress and several photos of our Akita on his journey. We could tell he was loved and taken care of. Emi was great! ❤️❤️❤️ i had such a great experience with her! She took amazing care of my 3 cats during a long distance trip and kept me updated the whole time! Sending plenty of pictures and videos. She also kept me informed about the travel schedule and how my cats were doing along the way. Anytime i had questions, she was incredibly helpful which made the whole experience even more reassuring. It was comforting to know they were safe and well cared for. So grateful and would definitely recommend her to anyone needing reliable pet care! 🐾

If you’re looking for someone who will be all about your dog and provides lots of communication Emi is your gal! She has a simple van set up that has all the things one would need for a trip across the country. What I appreciated the most was her frequent check ins and thorough updates. I really wanted someone who loves and knows how to care for dogs and Emi was just that. She also was very concerned with safety which was much appreciated. Giving your beloved dog to a stranger is hard, but once I saw how communicative Emi was I felt at ease. She came ahead of schedule so that was a plus too!! We are now happily reunited with our pup!

If we could give 10 stars out of 5 we would. Auntie Em and her furry sidekick, Chewy were beyond amazing in every sense of the word. Kept me updated everyday on their journey from Utah to Florida. We had been babysitting my daughter’s dog for 6 months during a work move. And we had been struggling to find someone trustworthy to take Ekko home to my daughter. Auntie Em totally delivered the dog, but provided so much more. She took great care of him, made sure he got breaks out of the van and basically loved him and cared for him like he was her baby. If you need help transporting your fur baby Auntie Em is your best option. Thank you Auntie Em and little Chewy. You are the best!

Highly recommend Aunt Emi for transporting your fur baby. After five days and four nights on a 2,100-mile cross-country trip, our girl arrived safe and sound, and we were so happy to see her. Aunt Emi stayed in touch the whole way, sending texts at stops, updates on what she was eating, dog rest areas they visited, and even photos from the motels where our pup had a cozy spot (and sometimes shared the bed!). We got so many pictures along the way, and those meant a lot to us. When our girl had a brief issue and wasn’t going number two, Aunt Emi grabbed some pumpkin to help, which really showed how attentive and thoughtful she is. Her little dog was also a great companion and helped keep our pup calm during the trip. Handing your pet over to someone you don’t know takes a lot of trust, and Aunt Emi treated our girl like she was her own. She arrived happy, comfortable, and ready to play with the other dogs in our care. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She went above and beyond every step of the way and cannot recommend her enough for your pet travel needs. Thank you, Aunt Emi, for taking such great care of her.

Transporting 3 kitties, especially two that are 17+ in age, and one that is feral, is not an easy task. Emi handled this fantastically - I could really tell she cared about my fur-kids, and she checked in several times a day during the trip with oodles of pictures. I knew my kids were in good hands!

Emi was fantastic!! She remained in contact with both myself and the breeder the entire time during transport. Even gave our sweet girl 2 brand new toys during the ride. She provided her own crating and allowed our puppy to have a private escort to our home in Indiana. I 10/10 recommend her to any parents/breeders that need help with transport and are nervous about the process. Emi will make you feel 1000x better about your decision to use her.
