I didn’t know pet transports exist until recently, when I was unfortunately in the need of sending my Husky from Oregon to Washington. Emi was absolutely amazing, and she made a very difficult situation for me and my children, a lot better by being compassionate, professional and extremely accommodating. If I could leave 10 stars I would. 🙏🏽

Emi was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! I hired her to deliver 2 rescue Corgis from Missouri to Oregon. She was an excellent communicator, giving me text updates and pictures along the way. She has a large van with plenty of room for two large kennels and she keeps the animals cool with extras she has in her van. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. During her travels she worked with both my new dogs on positive behaviors and when she got here gave us instructions and worked with us and the dogs to introduce our current dogs and us to the new dogs and help them get acclimated. She probably stayed for 20 extra minutes to do this. You can tell she really has a passion and cares for animals deeply. 1000% would hire her again!

Oh my gosh!! Our first shipping experience and it couldn’t have been better! Emi is fantastic! Great contact, shared photos and info along the way, and the best part, (other than getting my pet safe and sound) she LOVES the animals in her care. Showers them with affection, watches out for them, makes sure their comfort is a priority. She probably takes better care than some owners do. If I’d trust her with my pet, you know she’s good because I am picky! Thank you Emi, we appreciate you so much!

I can’t say enough nice things about Emi. She was immediately responsive. Took a great care in her driving kept me very up-to-date. I have a picture when she took our new dog out for a walk in the rain and he was wearing a raincoat. Fantastic! She arrived at the appointed time. She was very friendly knowledgeable. I would recommend her without reservation and I would use her again.

Emi was professional from our very first conversations. This was new to us transporting an animal across the country, but Emi made it all easy. She takes awesome care of the animals and she is checking in with tons of updates pictures and texts. Emi cares for the animal as if it was her own. She delivered on time with no issues and a healthy happy puppy.

Moving two cats from Oregon to South Carolina is stressful enough, but one of ours is a certified drama queen on a good day. I was honestly terrified about how they’d handle a cross-country road trip, but hiring Emi was the best decision we could have made. She kept us completely connected the entire time with photos, videos, and regular updates from the road, which was an absolute lifesaver for my peace of mind. What blew me away was her patience. When the cats were too stressed to eat, Emi actually hand-fed them to make sure they felt safe and cared for. Both cats arrived safe, sound, and remarkably settled after that many miles. If we ever have to move them again, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to hire Emi. She is the absolute gold standard.

Emi is amazing. She was so professional, detailed and great at what she does best, love your dogs like her own. Her 7 years of 5 star reviews initially sold me on her pet nanny services, but she was even better than those reviews described. I felt like I was handing my 2 fur babies to a family member. She was always on time, always sending updates and photos of my dogs and was a joy to work with. As a dog trainer she gave me suggestions and tips and bought a better harness and treats for them along the way. My dogs are a rescue Husky mix and a rehome little Aussie mix and they are rather untrained and a handful. Emi had it down, handled them beautifully and I always felt they were is expert hands. I would highly recommend Emi and her wonderful services to anyone needing to transport your doggies either by van or on a flight. After delivering them safely and happily home after a 3 day transport, she still is keeping in touch. This was a fantastic experience. 10 STARS!

I never knew this service was an option but it became a necessity when I added an Australian shepherd to my family and he lived in Utah and us in FL and he was too big to travel in cabin. I researched and found Citizenshipper.com & received bids… Peace Love Paws stood out not because of price (higher than median) but the professionalism… once I connected with Emi I knew my gut was right! She completely put me at ease and throughout the journey which had delays from weather emergencies and then other travel weather and traffic setback Emi kept me informed through text and photos continuing my gut saying “she’s got this”. She delivered my new angel safely and made sure the meeting with my seniors pups went smoothly … Please know Emi is a dream come true!! Great communication, very professional, proactive and a force of nature as a pet professional! Feeling blessed that she transported my precious cargo to me with love 🩷

Emi was a rockstar! My doggies can be a handful. But she controlled them . She even got their diet under control and showed up even before scheduled. And GREAT photos each day!!!Really AWESOME!! Thanks so much!

Emi was absolutely amazing transporting our two golden retrievers from California to Florida. Moving pets across the country is stressful, especially with large dogs, but she made the entire experience smooth and reassuring from start to finish. She kept us updated throughout the trip with communication and photos, and it was obvious our dogs were being very well cared for the entire time. When they arrived in Jacksonville, they were happy, healthy, relaxed, and clearly comfortable with her. You can tell she genuinely cares about animals and treats them like her own. I would absolutely trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone needing long distance pet transport.
