Debra and her boyfriend were so good to my babies. She sent me pictures throughout the day and she shared her location with me so that I could see where my babies. I had one dog whom is very skittish and does not like men. My girl was so comfortable around both of them and her boyfriend was obviously an animal lover for Rosa to be that comfortable him. I appreciate everything they did for my babies.

Very satisfied with the excellent service that Debra and her partner provided in transporting our 85 lb pup from Missouri to San Francisco. I especially appreciated the open lines of communication, updates from the road, and photos -- it really gave us peace of mind that Buddy was in good hands. Thank you Debra!

We recently relocated from Long island to Texas. It would have been way too much to travel with my 2 pups and 2 cats. So I looked up citizenshipper and found VIP ALMOST HOME -( Debra ./owner) It was also last miniute bc our travel plans had changed . Debra was so friendly, accommodating and willing to work wirh us on such short notice . Debra and her husband Juju were absolutely amazing with my 2 Labs Buddy(7) Ben(1.5) and 2 cats Lily(3) Carter(7) . We received regular updates, texts ,videos calls and pictures. My dogs are very hyper especially Ben. They played with them several times a day while traveling . They also made sure my fur babies were always comfortable as Carter my fat cat lol was comfortably and calmly laying on her or her husbands lap .Lily who is a scaredy cat even was relaxed . ALMOST HOME had asked me prior to departing whether I preferred my animals to be crated or not unless it was a danger to them. I preferred for them not to be as it was a long journey. Debra and Juju are true animal lovers and experts with transporting and caring for your beloved pets. Initially, being the first experience with pet transporting , I was very apprehensive and sad when I dropped my animals off for their Departure location was Long Island NY Arrival location- Katy Texas . Debra and Juju quickly developed a rapport with my pets and myself She asked important information as far as helath, allergies, dislikes, llikes dispositions of animals. By later on the first night and then the days following seeing hearing etx our fur babies travel experience ours minds were at ease and we were so grateful we hired ALMOST HOME!! The true test was when our pets were returned after 4 days on the road . We were sooo anxious and couldnt wait to to greet them. All 4 were so happy, content and healthy ! Debra and Juju treated my pets as if they were their own. I would highly recommend ALMOST HOME VIP pet transporters . We wish we could hire them regularly for when we go away but too far proximity.. Another thing- The cats who arent good with traveling looked great and were so content. I was amazed how smooth the transition was and how happy they all are in our new home Buddy, Ben , Lily and Carter didnt skip a beat ! We also loved the fact that my fur babies were the ONLY pets in vehicle allowing for full attention and care . It was worth every penny and then some!! Now we have gone from complete strangers with Debra owner of ALMOST HOME to friends. 🥰❤️ AlMOST HOME VIP pets is the way to go! The Rocco family Long island to Texas! 😊

Debra was amazing. I was nervous to have someone pick my dog up. He gets anxious and doesn’t trust others fast. He’s never bitten before (but you can never be to cautious). I explained all of this to her. She was very understanding. I told her we had a short window (due to other plans falling through). She met all of our needs with Zeus (my border collie). She transported him quickly (half-way across the country in 2-days). She gave us constant updates with photos and GPS. She made sure Zeus was comfortable and well taken care of. He was super happy with her as well. It’s very clear, she really has a way with animals. She made sure he was fed well, given breaks, and able to go potty frequently. At the beginning of the process, she answered all of my questions and communicated with me excellently. Side note: my family was transporting Zeus between my mother and myself. She also made sure to give updates to my mother as well. Debra also offered help finding another transporter if working with her wasn’t going to work out. On top of that, she was just awesome. She also had help transporting Zeus and her partner was fantastic with him as well. Really, the whole package. If your looking for someone trustworthy, efficient, and goes above and beyond caring for your fur-baby, she’s your girl! Thank you again Debra for the amazing service!

Debra could not have been sweeter and more caring about my beloved dogs that are literally my family...and we have 3 children (meaning actual human beings!!!) Constant updates and babies came home safe and sound and happy as clams! They probably wanted to leave with her! Ha! Could not recommend her more.

Debra was absolutely incredible from the beginning. She took so much care of my sweet dog. She was super upfront and kept me updated on time and how he was doing. I couldn't have asked for a more amazing experience. I would recommend her to anyone!
