Very communicative, my dog loved her

This was a wonderful experience - we were apprehensive to send our 3yr old golden from Oklahoma to Maine. Colleen kept us informed updates - pics - and made this an amazing experience. Thank you and so sorry for all the accidents she had along the way. She was a bit nervous!!

Moving across states is so stressful, but Colleen put my mind at ease about our dogs. She communicated often snd responded quickly to questions. She took pictures along the way, gave them plenty of breaks, and when I needed two extra hours for the movers to complete their job, she was happy to spend the extra time with him. It was a wonderful experience.!

Colleen was very easy to work with, provided video and pictures with updates throughout her whole trip and even played bird music to keep her comfortable. Followed all instructions for care and my bird arrived quickly and she was not stressed at all! Great job especially with such a fragile pet. Thank you Colleen!!

Excellent communication

Colleen transported our two dogs safely and quickly without any problems. She communicates frequently with pictures and worked well with our two dogs. Great offer for military families too! Highly recommended.
