A wonderful experience with this courier! I trusted them to get my 30 pound tortoise to me from Chicago to Louisville and it was stress-free (for me) and I knew what was happening due to their great communication and photos.

if i could give 10 stars I would. Simon and Sandra were amazing from first communication to the very last. They were very thorough and did amazing in a pinch. My 80 lbs Doberman Mix does not know what to do with herself after all of the dog parks and walks they spoiled her with. Moving from Chicago to NC they were definitely the best people for the job. Thank you 10000x over for your service.

The team did a great job of transporting our dog and car in our car from Kansas City to Seattle. They were easy to work with, attentive to details, and provided daily updates. We would happily engage their services again.

Simon and Simon made my moving process super easy. They transported my dog from Lexington KY to LA California. We were so scared to have our babies transported by complete strangers but upon meeting them we were relieved. They are very nice people and answered every single question we had and also shared tracking information so we could track our pups the whole time. If you need reliable transport they are the ones you need to book with! Thanks again you two, if we ever need transportation again for our babies we will definitely reach out!
