This was my first time transporting a puppy cross-country, and my first time using Citizenshipper, and doing your due diligence pulls up tons and tons of scam warnings and horror stories.....so I really, really lucked out in finding the ladies at Y2K! Liz answered all of my questions and made sure I was informed about every step of the process even before Meredith picked up our boy! During the trip, Meredith sent plenty of photos and updates and took great, great care of him! It was a nerve-wracking couple of days, and Y2K made it easy to trust them and know that our puppy was in safe hands!

Meredith transported my teacup schnauzer from rural Illinois to Palm Springs in 60 hours. She took wonderful care of Ned throughout. Meredith sent text and picture updates several times a day. Couldn’t be happier with the whole process. I highly recommend Y2K and Meredith if you need to transport your pets across country. Excellent service and communication from start to finish!

Overall excellent experience. I have a bulldog which can be challenging because they have different needs. Liz and her crew did an amazing job keeping me updated on my dog and I could see where they were at all times with the app provided. I felt like my dog got very good quality care. My dog is doing really well and now home with me. I highly recommend Y2K - Liz and her crew. I will use them again when needed.
