I had an excellent experience with Heather transporting my mothers puppy from Michigan to New Jersey. This was my first time using a puppy transporter, and she made the entire process stress-free. Heather was extremely professional, responsive, and reliable. She kept in constant communication with frequent updates, videos, pictures, calls, and texts, which gave us so much peace of mind along the way. Gracie arrived clean, healthy, and clearly very well cared for. She was right on time and very flexible and accommodating with pickup and delivery, which we truly appreciated. Heather is a godsend! She took awesome care of my Australian Labradoodle - Nellie. She kept me well informed during the whole trip and was amazing in the amount of miles she drove in such a short time. As a person she is very well grounded and a conscientious person. This was the first time I used a service like this and it was a long trip, 30 hours. Of course I was a little nervous. Heather was an angel sent down by God and I am so thankful she transported my puppy Nellie! If I need this service again there is no one I would use other than Heather!!! Thank you again Heather:)
