Lisa and her daughter took great care of my cat Jynx. Very nice over the phone. Very good at communicating and I recommend her services. If needed I will be using her for a pet transporter later down the line.

We have never used a transporter to deliver our pups. I must say it was the most comforting experience for us. Lisa and her daughter constantly kept us up to date with how our puppy was doing on the 11 hour trip from Centerville, Iowa to Cheyenne, Wyoming. Lisa has VERY reasonable rates for her service. Lisa made this trip totally stress free for us. I strongly recommend Lucky Critters Transport for all your transport services. Lisa and her daughter were AMAZING! Lisa responded quickly and was both communicative and timely. We were nervous because we've never used an unknown driver, and the kids were especially worried about the dogs being comfortable. Lisa and her daughter immediately put the dogs and us at ease. And she kept the pups comfy and happy throughout their journey, even accommodating our one pup's tendency toward carsickness. Truly such an easy process and we had updates all along the way. We were so pleased that we plan to use Lucky Critters again in just a few weeks. My only complaint is that the app only allows 5 stars! xoxoxoxo

ABSOLUTELY IMPECCABLE; OUT OF SIGHT SERVICE. One thing you wont see a lot of today is GENUINE PEOPLE. She reminded us that humanity isn’t still out of the question, that it does STILL exist. If u get as far as I did. LISA Will lead u the rest of the way, and best believe nothing will stand in her way. Dogs enhance our emotional stimuli and moving so abruptly recently, she helped me to reconnect my family as a whole with that stimuli we were so desperately were in need of. We are thankful. Lisa and her daughter Emily were absolutely awesome! They transported our puppy from MO to TX with no problems. Lisa sent me various updates throughout the trip which helped put my mind at ease. I would definitely use her again in the future.

I am so happy with my decision to go with Lisa & her daughter Emily! It was my first time using the site and everything was so quick and easy.
