I’m so grateful I found Elena to transport my dog, Nala! Elena is such a caring, kind, and responsive person. From the very beginning, she kept me informed and made me feel confident that Nala was in good hands. Although Nala’s transport was not a private transport, Elena still gave her individual attention and made sure she was comfortable and well cared for throughout the journey. I truly felt that Elena cared for Nala as if she were her own dog. That means so much to me as a pet owner! Nala arrived safely and happy, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. I’m so glad I found Elena, and if I ever need to transport Nala again, Elena will be the only person I use. Elena was so very caring with my father's dog! We really appreciate Elena's sensitivity to how much upheaval the dog had been experiencing, and how she welcomed the affection and companionship our sweet dog wanted to give. The scheduling can be a little challenging, just as Elena warns: she works whenever she can, which may not be within typical awake hours. This was the only difficulty, and again, it's one we knew was a possibility. Would certainly recommend and even use again should the need arise!

Elena really went above and beyond to care for our two cats during a long transport with weather adversity! The siamese brother and sister do not travel well, but especially the girl. Elena needed to make an urgent vet visit when the cat's stress levels on the 2 or third day became too much and she was worried about her. Thankfully, our cat did better and they were able to make it home safely. Along the way I was kept informed, and Elena took the time to get to know what was normal for these two showing the great care and expertise she has. Hands down, they are the real MVPs! We recently used their service to transport our dog all the way across the country from North Carolina to California. Moving cross-country is stressful enough, but as the owner of a very nervous dog, I was especially anxious about the journey. Elena is truly a blessing. She worked with our budget and took amazing care out my sisters cats. She got them home to us safely and made she communicated if anything changed. And she took the time time learn about our cat and their personalities before she started her trip (all the way from WI to NC mind you in almost a day). And she made sure our kittens were entertained and fed and taken care of. Shes an angel and a beautiful soul to entrust your pets in and if we ever need her care again I will definitely reach out to her!! Elena was absolutely the best choice to transport my Husky, Nikita, from Florida to North Dakota. When Elena arrived to pick up Nikita, she unexpectedly got loose and ran away. Instead of leaving the situation to us, Elena went above and beyond by staying and helping my sister search for her. In fact, Elena was the one who found Nikita over an hour later! Throughout the entire journey, Elena kept in regular contact with me, providing frequent photo and video updates. I never once felt out of the loop, and it was clear that Nikita was being well cared for every step of the way. I cannot recommend Elena highly enough. I was very selective about who I trusted to transport Nikita, and Elena exceeded every expectation. It was obvious that she genuinely cared about Nikita’s well-being and wasn’t simply doing a job.
