About

I'm Joyce Carter I started my company as a way to travel during summer break from teaching. It took off so fast that I hired and trained a few family member to help. That's how Pawfect Partners started. We listened to our customers that requested private and semi private transport. One customer told me " I can always get more money but I can't get another Gustavo (her Frenchie)". So we specialize in private or semi-private transport. * Fast delivery! We do direct routes and usually only carry 1 to 4 pets each trip and delivery in 1 to 3 days in most cases. * Professional company with over 5 years in business and over 2000 pets delivered safely. * Safety first! We drive newer air conditioned vehicles. We do not use those hot cargo vans * We care about the pets! We do not stack crates to make extra money. * Military veteran drivers and family business! WE DO NOT OUT SOURCE our deliveries. * USDA registered and PCI insured. * Personal touch for pets comfort. Lots of hugs and attention. * Daily updates, photos and videos. GPS tracking. * Bilingual driver available * STA security clearance for airport check -ins. * Please contact us before booking. THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW: Citizenshipper is a referral service not a transportation company. They will charge you a fee, which is separate from my fee to book us on their platform. Check the icons at the top of the profile page. Look for the USDA icon to verify legitimate/legal shippers. If they do not have a USDA icon or number then they either have not completed the necessary training or have had their registration revoke for some reason. Experienced drivers should know the difference in dogs. Such as the temperature sensitive short nose dogs, the escape artist and runners like the huskies. These dogs are the most lost dogs and should be double tethered. Also understand the hyper little Frenchies and big lap dogs like pitbulls and GSDs. Also the driver should have emergency back up plans. Waiting 6 hours on AAA is not a good back up plan. Please read the drivers reviews to avoid scammers and unreliable drivers. Understand usually people bid low for a reason. EX: Scammers, drivers looking to put together a run and will cancel or delay pickups. I get SOS texts for those above reasons. There is a wealth of information out there be careful. It is your responsibility to research who you give your pet to transport. Most cats, turtles and puppies will sleep or go into a hibernation state where they won't eat or drink during the trip. This is why it's so important to get them from point A to point B as soon as possible. I have worn many hats. I am a veteran, previous teacher and mother. We only carry a few animals so we can give more personal attention to each animal. We also have experience with pick up and deliveries at airports. As you can see from our reviews, we are concerned with animal well-being and putting the pet owner at ease. I have volunteered for 8 years with Feral friends in Dallas. I personally TNR 42 cats off the streets of Dallas. I took care of many sick and injured cats. I currently have 1 blue heeler/Aussie and 3 cats. I am Joyce and my partners are Michelle, Judy and Tony. We require the industry standard nonrefundable deposit. You can tell from our reviews that I'm overprotective of your fur babies.

Judy was our driver through Pawfect Partners Pet Transport. She drove our 2 kitties from Las Vegas to AR. I was so anxious having them go without me, but Judy put me at ease and was caring, knowledgeable and kept me posted as they said they would through the car ride. I was quite impressed and would recommend and have already mentioned ed their service to a few people. Thanks Joyce and Judy for the attention that our fur babies needed.

I was scammed by another driver on this website my first time attempting to relocate my dog. Thankfully Pawfect Partners reached out and they were able to get my dog halfway across the country safely and quickly! Communication was consistent throughout and we were so glad to have found a reputable company to take care of our girl. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

This was our first time using this service and I definitely made the best decision to use Pawfect Partners. Our Beagle had breaks, was treated with love and we were updated with pictures along the way. He arrived safe and sound. I highly recommend and will use them again should the need arise. Thank you!!!
