Cher and Kevin were able to help me through a truly difficult time. They were able to get my cat back from my ex wife and bring him to me and it only took 2 days from when I booked them to get him! Cher was very professional and punctual, she even delivered my puppy earlier than expected. The puppy arrived in great condition, and communication with both me and the breeder was smooth. They were transparent throughout the process, didn’t change the price after confirming the bid, and handled any issues quickly. I’m very happy I chose them and would definitely recommend!

We booked with Cherie and Kevin and they were outstanding! Always friendly, helpful, responsive and professional in our communications and, most importantly, knowledgeable and adaptive. I made a few changes to the pick up date and they also picked up from a very remote area. They took it in stride and relieved all my worries. They brought my 9-week old shih tzu, Stella, all the way to Los Barriles, Mexico! No problems with customs/immigration, multi-flight connections and a very young, high energy puppy! They communicated with texts and photos along the way and Stella was perfectly calm, well fed and happy when we met her. Kevin was a super good sport about all the travel they went through and we could not have been more happy with our experience or excited to share our enthusiasm! Muchas gracias, amigos!
