I just relocated from hawaii to florida. The greatest stress from the move came from having to move 2 of my pugs off the islands and all the way florida. The lucases, who made an amazing offer, provided me with peace of mind, near constant updates and pictures of their travel and perfect, on time delivery. They are amazing and wonderfully kind and thoughtful people. I cannot recommend them enough for anyone wanting to safely, comfortably and thoughtfully transport your animals or little loved ones. I am a breeder in Cincinnati, Ohio and I had two babies that needed to be flown to Idaho. Cherie and Kevin did an amazing job of communicating the different flight plans and staying in contact with me and my customer along the way with pictures and check ins! Both babies were delivered on time and in the same perfect condition I sent them in! Both the customer and I highly recommend them and we will be using them again!

Cher and Kevin were able to help me through a truly difficult time. They were able to get my cat back from my ex wife and bring him to me and it only took 2 days from when I booked them to get him! He was happy and healthy, I can’t thank them enough! Thank you both for bringing him to me so quickly!

Cher was very professional and punctual, she even delivered my puppy earlier than expected. The puppy arrived in great condition, and communication with both me and the breeder was smooth. They were transparent throughout the process, didn’t change the price after confirming the bid, and handled any issues quickly. I’m very happy I chose them and would definitely recommend!

This lovely couple was so amazing and informative about this whole process. They communicated amazingly throughout everything. I was extremely Nervous since my cats were a bit older and very scared of most things but they got my boys here safely and happily. Kevin transported my anxious cat Poshie from NY to CA with love and care ! I’m so glad I chose Cherie and Kevin to take care of her during such a big move. I was worried about her but Kevin took her out for breaks from the carrier and reassured me that she was doing ok.
