Kevin transported my anxious cat Poshie from NY to CA with love and care ! I’m so glad I chose Cherie and Kevin to take care of her during such a big move. I was worried about her but Kevin took her out for breaks from the carrier and reassured me that she was doing ok.

Very satisfied with the service. Kevin and Cherie were able to pick up my two cats from a boarding service in New York and fly them to San Diego. Communication and hand off was great.

We booked with Cherie and Kevin and they were outstanding! Always friendly, helpful, responsive and professional in our communications and, most importantly, knowledgeable and adaptive. I made a few changes to the pick up date and they also picked up from a very remote area. They took it in stride and relieved all my worries. They brought my 9-week old shih tzu, Stella, all the way to Los Barriles, Mexico! No problems with customs/immigration, multi-flight connections and a very young, high energy puppy! They communicated with texts and photos along the way and Stella was perfectly calm, well fed and happy when we met her. Kevin was a super good sport about all the travel they went through and we could not have been more happy with our experience or excited to share our enthusiasm! Muchas gracias, amigos!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Kevin and Cherie! They were absolutely amazing to work with while transporting our dog, Steve, from Hawaii to Vegas. I can’t say enough good things about this transport team. After a disastrous experience with another provider, I reached out to them in a pinch—and they delivered flawlessly. From the very beginning, they communicated like true professionals: clear updates, prompt responses, and detailed information at every step. They even sent me an official invoice and followed up via email without me having to ask—just totally organized and respectful. They treated my dogs with care and kindness, and I could tell throughout the process that they knew exactly what they were doing. I never felt in the dark, and they made a stressful situation feel manageable and safe. My dogs just arrived home happy, healthy, and calm—what more could I ask for? This team is everything a pet transporter should be. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
