We had never done anything like this, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. We shipped a young, not very well trained puppy all the way across the country, and Dan was professional and helpful throughout. They even arrived early. Highly recommend.

I cannot believe how smoothly this went! Kimberly was in touch with me within 20 mins of posting, was extremely thorough and quick to answer any questions. After booking, she and her brother Daniel coordinated with the breeder, gathered preferences for the dog, and told me when to expect her. Daniel kept me up to date, sent photos, and responded to any questions I had during his travel. Penny was here 2 days later! This could not have been any easier and Penny seemed very happy with her accommodations!
