About

Because they’re not “just pets.” They’re family. Hi, I’m JoDee — founder of The Animal Transporter. Family ran business with my Husband Alexis! When you trust us with your animal, you’re trusting us with a member of your family — and we never take that lightly. With over 20 years of hands-on animal experience and 6+ years specializing in professional pet transportation, I’ve dedicated my life to the safe, compassionate care of animals. I understand the anxiety that comes with handing your pet to someone else. That’s why I’ve built a service rooted in transparency, communication, and heart. What makes my service different? This is private, personalized, concierge-level transport. No overcrowded vans. No crate stacking. No cutting corners. Each journey is intentionally designed around your pet’s comfort and emotional well-being. ✔ USDA Certified ✔ Fully insured through PetCare Insurance ✔ Licensed veterinarian on call 24/7 ✔ Experienced in both domestic & international relocations What your pet experiences: • A professionally cleaned, properly sized vehicle selected specifically for the trip • Climate-controlled comfort at all times • Frequent potty, stretch, and hydration breaks • Real-time GPS tracking • Consistent photo & video updates so you can breathe easy • Calm, confident handling from pickup to delivery I specialize in private VIP ground transport, shared rides (when appropriate and safe), and flight nanny services for smaller pets who need to travel by air. Whether you’re relocating across the state, across the country, or across the world — I make the journey smooth, organized, and stress-free for both you and your animal. ⸻ My Promise to You You will never wonder where your pet is. You will never feel out of the loop. You will never feel like “just another booking.” You’ll have direct communication with me — the person actually transporting your animal — from start to finish. ⸻ Transparent & Simple Booking • 50% deposit to reserve your dates • Remaining balance due upon safe delivery • Venmo & Zelle accepted • CitizenShipper fees are paid directly to the platform • Flexible rescheduling available with proper notice ⸻ If you’re looking for someone who treats this work as a calling — not just a job — I would love to connect. Send me a message and tell me about your pet. Let’s talk through your needs, timeline, and pricing options. I’m happy to answer every question you have. The Animal Transporter Where pets travel like family — safe, seen, and deeply cared for every mile of the way.

JoDee did an excellent job transporting my 2 pit bulls and cat from California to Florida. They arrived right on schedule. She provided updates and tracking from pick up to drop off. Communication was excellent as well. I would highly recommend her for transportation services.

JoDee was wonderful! I was nervous to send my 1 year old pup across the country with a stranger, but when she arrived my pup was at ease and pretty much leapt into her car! She sent updates along the way and was very easy to communicate with. She clearly loves dogs and is a very kind lady. I could tell - because my pup responded to her immediately and we were both super comfortable. Thanks again - JoDee!!
