I was skeptical of having my 150lb puppy shipped 1,000 miles to our new home, but because of his size, shipping was the only option- and thank God. I have never used citizen shipper before, but the process was seamless, the whole ordeal went through flawlessly. From setting the route and times, to getting quotes- super simple. Little Paws Empire was one of many quotes we received, the price was fair, and their reviews were excellent. From our first communication, everything was easy, professional, and respectful. We agreed on a date, then a time. They were super easy to navigate the logistical nightmare of transporting my Boerboel puppy. They showed up, and dropped off exactly when we agreed upon. They shared location the entire journey, sent a plethora of pictures, videos, and status updates the entire way. My dog arrived happy and healthy and super excited to be in his new home. Aaron is the most gentle, kindest, thoughtful person we could of ever picked to transport our very picky Aussie from WA to FL. He updated us daily with photos so we knew how he was doing. Even went out of his way to feed him food as he had decided he didn't want what was packed for him. Our dog had the best trip across the states , so well looked after. I didn't have to worry about him as I knew he was in proffesional hands.Took his big bed and and cooler with another large bag and delivered them all to our children in FL. Ally was amazing! If you are shipping your pet, you definitely want to pick Ally! I never had a pet shipped but due to an injury I had to have our 8 week old boxer puppy picked up. Melisa was an awesome petsitter and driver! My cats both require medication (shots for insulin, compounded, and many mixed in food) that she was successfully able to administer the whole 5 day trip. She also drove my personal vehicle for this trip and dealt with my giant cat carriers (each had a cat and litterbox in them.) To coordinate we texted and she sent me her planned trip, itinerary, and additional details. A few slight things changed (from weather) which she immediately communicated. I was personally on a rushed, chaotic schedule that she accommodated and was flexible with. I also received daily videos of the cat’s set ups at each hotel / airbnb they were at. The cats, car, and misc items inside all showed up to my destination in great condition and on time. Highly recommend.

Emi was absolutely amazing transporting our two golden retrievers from California to Florida. Moving pets across the country is stressful, especially with large dogs, but she made the entire experience smooth and reassuring from start to finish. She kept us updated throughout the trip with communication and photos, and it was obvious our dogs were being very well cared for the entire time. Travis & Theresa were great! It was a real pleasure working with this couple to bring our new puppy home to Wisconsin all the way from Virginia. They responded very quickly and answered every question that I had. Never having had a pet transported in the past, I was very nervous about the whole process. That changed quickly after an exchange of many messages with them as well as a “meet & greet” phone call with them once the trip was booked. It all went so smoothly! They kept our little Aussie, Willow, safe and comfortable for the entire ride. They gave updates of her with pictures and shared their location along with using the Waze tracking app, so we were able to see where she was for the whole 800+ mile trip. Jeannie is hands down, with certainty, a go getter. I gave her the contact info with the breeder. And she handled EVERYTHING from there. My first time so I optioned her three days of wiggle room. She made contact with the breeder, and picked up as soon as possible. She said she knew how badly I must want my pup!!! She was in contact at the entire trip and even shared that it was WINDY on Friday so it would take a little longer. I am currently not in the same place my dogs are. He worked with me and the time difference, was patient when I needed time to sort out time lines for him. I was not present for the pick up or drop off, he worked awesome with the people that helped me facilitate pickup and drop off. He kept everyone updated with pictures and videos.

I recommend avoiding this company. Driver came late than the given time and with the truck that could not fit all my stuff. When I called the company about this situation, they suggested me to unload the stuff from the truck at the point of time when half of the stuff was already loaded saying that they will arrange the pick up next day. I had to leave the state the next day so it was not possible to delay the shipment. It took 5hrs to load my stuff as driver had to reorganize the stuff. I had to discard some of my stuff. At the time of unloading, there was no one available from the company to take a decision about the payment to be given to the driver. I had to deal with the driver for 2 hrs as I had made the contract with the company, not the driver. Driver blamed the company for not providing the required information and company blamed the driver saying that he is lying. Overall, the experience with the relocation with this company was worst.

I was a little frustrated at first because we had exchanged several messages beforehand to make sure the correct trailer was brought, based on a previous experience where the item didn’t fit. I was assured the trailer would work, and I even triple-checked the measurements of my item against the dimensions provided between the wheel wells. Although the wrong trailer ended up being brought, Krystal and her husband were both very helpful, professional, and determined to make it work. They transported everything safely and without any damage. In the end, I appreciated their effort and customer service, and I would use them again in the future.

Using Sam to help transport our father’s dog from Minneapolis to San Diego was the first time we had ever used a Citizen Shipper service, so we really didn’t know what to expect. We submitted our request and, within just a few hours, had several strong options to choose from. After reviewing everyone carefully, we decided on Sam because of his outstanding reviews — and we are so glad we did. We were definitely a little nervous since this was our first experience doing something like this, but the moment Sam arrived, we immediately felt at ease. His vehicle was spotless and set up like the “doggy Four Seasons” inside — you could instantly tell he truly cares about the animals he transports. We had trackers on Loki, so we always knew where they were, but Sam went above and beyond with communication. At every stop, we received updates, pictures, and even a really great video. It brought us so much joy watching Loki’s great adventure as he made his way quickly from Minneapolis to San Diego. Communication was effortless the entire trip. We always felt informed, connected, and reassured. Most importantly, it genuinely felt like Sam loved and cared for our dog just as much as we do. Thank you, Sam. He was incredibly sweet, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure our dogs were safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the trip. I’d give zero stars if I could. After taking my deposit their “communication” vanished- calls, texts, voicemails ignored. I needed the driver’s info for my pets’ airbill and got stonewalled, even after involving CitizenShipper. With less than 24 hours until pickup I was forced to scramble for a last-minute carrier, paying way more. Their incompetence means I now have to throw away expensive airline kennels because no one could transport them on such short notice. This was a reckless, unprofessional disaster from a company that couldn’t be bothered to apologize. Avoid them at all costs - the worst, most infuriating experience I’ve ever had. Shame on them!

He did exactly what he said he would, got our pup there safely and on time, and kept us updated throughout the trip. He even sent photos along the route of our dog enjoying the scenery.
