Fantastic service by caring and kind people! Omer had excellent communication throughout the trip, took great care with my dogs, and is genuinely a nice person. I strongly recommend his service.

Omer was absolutely great. He not only took great care of my dog even when he got sick during the trip but also was very communicative throughout the trip always sending updates, pictures and videos. My dog was very well taken care of, happy and arrived super fast.

If there were 7 stars, I would give it to Omer. He is clearly awesome at what he does, and what he does is put you at ease about the transport of your beloved pet. He is a consummate professional, clear communicator, patient, has an amazing setup to ensure your pet's comfort and safety, and sends awesome updates and videos of the journey. I'm going to miss the amazing videos! My 2-year-old Bernedoodle is a bit shy, especially with men, and she took to Omer in 20 seconds. It was magical, and speaks volumes about Omer. Bottom line: if you can book Omer, do it. You will not be disappointed.

Omer is amazing!! He went above and beyond! Rescued my pet from a hotel after my husband was traveling with our geriatric Great Dane and had an unexpected medical event landing him in the hospital. From when we responded to Omer’s bid to when our dog was delivered to our home, Omer was professional every step of the way. Omer provided private transportation for our dog, Jaxson, from Atlanta to San Francisco. Working with Omer was easy; he did everything to ensure that our dog arrived safe, sound, and on time. Omer provided peace of mind with Apple’s live location tracking and consistent video, picture, and text message updates. At times, the video updates were so cool that we wanted to join Omer on his journey with Jaxson — it looked like they were having fun! Additionally, Omer was sensitive to Jaxson’s dietary and physical exercise needs. Not only did our dog arrive safely at the ETA Omer provided, but Omer even bathed him and trimmed his nails! Omer was absolutely amazing! He took wonderful care of my dog Emma -- from the space she enjoyed in his van to the multiple stops for bathroom and exercise along the way. Omer sent amazing videos of Emma on her trip with him, it made me so happy and confident that she was in such great hands! I am absolutely thrilled with this service but even more so with Omer. I had a dog shipped from Montana to North Carolina. When I asked the shipper (who earns his livelihood on his dogs) what his impression of Omer was, this is what he said: “ He seemed legit. He was in a well maintained, very clean and organized Honda mini van. Had a nice set up for a dog to ride inside van with he and his brother. He was gentle and patient with dog.! He was very punctual and had kept me will informed . I give him 5 stars.” The dog arrived on time, clean and in a very good mood. It was clear she was well taken care of on the ride. It was a bit scary to trust a stranger to transport our puppy, but I assure you, you can trust Omer. He did EXACTLY what he said he would do with absolutely no hiccups or deviations.
