Omer was beyond professional. He was kind, communicative, reassuring, and responsible. He took his time to reassure me that my puppy would be treated with gentleness and care. When he first met my puppy at the breeder’s house, he took his time to make friends, putting my nervous dog at ease. The breeder noted this made such a difference. Omer left the breeder’s house early in the morning, in order to drive all day so that our puppy didn’t need to spend overnight in the crate. This was hugely important to me. My puppy arrived to my doorstep calm, clean and happy. Omer was kind with me in all of our communications. He understands how precious a pet can be. I appreciated that he really cares about the pets he transports. I also appreciate that his service is a VIP service, transporting ONLY my puppy with no other animals on board. This meant a safer trip for my very small puppy, and a much shorter trip, since he did not have to delivery any other pets along the way.
 He asked about vaccine status, and if I preferred for my puppy to have potty breaks outside, or a “no paws on the ground” policy. This can be important when the puppy might not have a Leptospirosis vaccine yet. He communicated with me several times during the trip, sending photos and updates. He also texted 30 minutes prior to arrival to let me know he was near.
Years ago, a different pet transport service brought two puppies to us (not Omer). That service was arranged by the breeder. After the puppies arrived, I looked in the van and saw the van was filled with dog crates, many of them soiled. The driver had stopped overnight and left all the dogs in the van. Who knows how chilled they got overnight. Back then, puppies arrived completely stressed and with a raging Giardia infection. It took many weeks and several Vet visits to get their diarrhea sorted out and get them healthy again. Never again. Omer was completely different. His transportation service, and his kindness, was everything I could have hoped for. Thank you, Omer.

Omer is GREAT! I spent a long time searching for someone I could trust to drive my dog a long distance to me and thankfully I found Omer. From the moment I contacted him I knew he was the one. Omer is extremely professional, caring, thoughtful and all around wonderful. He has great communication and the updates I received along the way journey were very comforting. Such a great experience. It is obvious Omer cares a lot about dogs and took such good care of my Frenchie. She traveled in style with all of her needs being met and I received wonderful videos of the journey. I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend.

If I could give more stars I would. Omer was very professional and made me feel like my dog was in good hands. He sent lots of daily pics, fed him exactly like I asked and was right on time. It could not have smoother and my dog wasn’t stressed. His van was perfect and clean. My dog is large so he needed a lot of space. Omer’s van was large enough for my dog to walk around and it looked very comfortable. If I ever need to do this again, Omer will be the person I contact. It was perfect

Omer was amazing. My dog when away often does not eat, and he literally hand fed her. He went above and beyond, keeping us updated every step of the way and getting in early as well. Could not recommend more highly.

Omer was absolutely wonderful with our Boston Terrier puppy. We had her delivered to Arkansas from 12 hours away in Florida. She was transported by herself for safety. We were given constant GPS tracking of her and picture and video updates throughout her trip to us. I highly recommend him for any of your pet transportation needs. Very professional.

Omer was amazing! I felt so comfortable trusting in him to securely drive my puppy to the designated location. He was very thoughtful and friendly.
