Kara was amazing. We needed a way to transport my mom’s older cat from Houston, TX to Louisville, KY. Kara communicated great leading up to the trip and throughout travel. My mom’s cat was happy and purring when I got her out of Kara’s car. It was evident she was loved on the entire trip!

Things couldn’t go any better than it did. At first I felt anxious, while I did communicate that to this wonderful driver, she was kind, she provided me with updates to assure me that everything would be okay. Also, she kept sending the cutest pictures of our little puppy which only melt our hearts and filled us up with excitement. On a personal note, I had just left the hospital, Although our driver did not know that, she showed how important it is to be kind to others and she brought our puppy home within hours which was truly needed.
