Kala is absolutely amazing! We were so nervous to send our pup across country, but Kala took amazing care of her. She kept us up to date with daily photos and we were able to track her location throughout the entire trip. If you need someone to transport your pets, Kala is the best one to do it. I highly recommend!

Kala was great from start to finish! She gave a competitive bid and told us that she could meet our timeline. We were shipping a puppy for the first time and had no idea what we were doing. So, once we signed the contract, Kala contacted our breeder and followed all of their recommendations for the safe transport of our puppy. She then sent photos and video daily and shared location on the final day so that we could track her progress. In the end, she delivered our puppy safely, on time, and at a great price.
