Hello, my name is Heather. I'm a mom of two beautiful girls, with a love for all furry four legged creatures. My family has been working with dogs for as long as I remember, so I grew up with dogs - showing, training, etc. I have a dog of my own at home, and I consider her one of my daughters too. I've also worked in two grooming salons, and more. I've been doing animal shipping for around 5 years now, and I love doing this. Me and my small crew will treat your animals just as we would treat ours, and you can be confident in the safety of your furbabies during their trip. They will be part of the family long as they are under our care. Your mind will be at peace knowing your fur baby is getting lots of attention, and they will be comfortable as possible on the trip. We do not drive big scary cold uncomfortable cargo vans just to transport 13+ animals at a time for maximum profit. Never! We drive mostly personal vehicles such as SUVs for everybody's comfort and a more relaxing experience. My small team is caring, friendly, and dedicated. We have dog and cat first aid training, a video call vet service, and we're insured and USDA registered. We take all forms of payment except for check. We even take payment plans with Klarna, Afterpay, Zip, and Affirm, for those who need flexible payment options.

The whole process was very smooth. The nicest thing is that when she dropped off my dog and she went back to her vehicle to leave, my dog kept looking at her like she wanted to go with her which tells me she treated my dog with kindness and that makes me happy.

Using Heather's services for our dog's voyage was a great experience. Javin, our driver, was wonderful with our dog, he picked her up from LAX airport after a 15 hours flight and a short delay, with no trouble. They had a long ride coming home to Austin TX, but Javin made this ride quickly and safely, and as pleasant as possible for our dog. He kept us posted with the breaks and strolls they took and she was in great shape when they finally got here. We are so grateful and can't recommend them enough. We will definitely use them again.
