Very friendly and good with dogs. However arrived more than half an hour late for pickup and then took an unscheduled one hour plus stop at a restaurant. We had to wait at the agreed upon meetup for more than two hours.

Initial pick up was great. After it turned into a bad experience. Had sleepless nights of worry. The initial picture of my cats appeared to be in poor condition. It was necessary to seek assistance from main company representative for assistance. Reached point it was necessary to request for my cats to be drop at nearest animal shelter and would seek alternative transportation; they did not comply. In end told their vehicle had issues caused delays. Cats were delivered on 6th day of a two-day expected delivery.

Home Sweet Home drove our rescue dog from Dallas to Pennsylvania. Terry was kind enough to hold a spot for us for 24 hours as the shelter wasn't 100% sure of the day/time he could be released. The drivers checked in often with pictures and updates. He arrived comfortable and happy. The drivers were very communicative and friendly. We would definitely recommend Home Sweet Home.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. I cannot say enough good things about my experience! She brought my girl Stella to me safely on the exact same day I requested her. She is incredibly thoughtful and went completely above and beyond by stopping at Walmart before the trip to pick up a crate for Stella to ensure she was comfortable. Communication was perfect the whole way through. If you want total peace of mind when transporting your pet, book with her. She is awesome!

Blu can be very cautious and slow to trust new people, so I was nervous about the trip, but he really warmed up to Sam and was clearly comfortable in his care. That meant everything to me. oh my god what a nightmare i explained i had someone flying in an the pup had to be delivered a certain day she canceled twice after paying a booking fee then showed up late when i told her there was going to be rain refused to leave earlier this was supposed to be a straight trip i paid for a straight trip she refused to communicate with me just the buyers even though i was the one who paid her she picked up at my house then hung around for another two hours before leaving my town no other pick ups this was supposed to be a solo trip act like she was making the trip but i’m pretty sure she just went to her home because the next day even this was a one dat trip she arrived way way behind schedule and i’m not one of who complains about time but there was no communication. and this DAY trip was pushed back 4 days and i had zero updates until i got the text done and she’s extremely unprepared showed up with nothing i offered fro meet her two hours closer because i had a dr appointment and her push backs were making me cancel and she still didn’t ,/43 still kept pushing back excuse and excuses not knowing how my pup was doing

Antonio delivered our pup from California to Michigan. We were very anxious and our pup is usually anxious as well but Antonio did a great job at communicating and sending updates to us along the way and our pup looked so happy. I’m glad we decided on this instead of a plane I feel that just the few days he spent with Antonio really helped him get comfortable with other people and he’s doing great now. Very happy with Dave. We ran into an issue with the person who was supposed to transport our dog. Sent out another request and chose Happy Pet Transport. Dave was able to pick up our puppy the next day. Had a long 500 mile drive with a puppy that wasn't feeling so well at times. Took his time to make sure the puppy was taken care of and didn't rush to just get him home. Thank you!

FAIL! I would give her a zero if I could. Everything sounded great and she was very responsive. Even called right away after booking. I gave her a 50% deposit. Thats when it all fell apart. Called the night before the morning pickup to say that she was changing a light bulb in her car and the car just died. Had to have it towed and wasn't sure when it would be fixed. I offered to get her a rental vehicle and jumped through hoops, only to find out that she was banned from renting vehicles because of a failure to return a previous rental. When asked for the deposit back, she said she only had $100 which leads me to believe that her car wasn't working in the first place and needed the deposit to pay to have it fixed (just my impression based on all the circumstances) Still haven't received the remainder of the deposit back. One of the most frustrating days I've had in a while, family disappointed with delay, re-coordination with the breeder and then trying to find another transporter. Very disappointed

Unbelievably unprofessional experience with Capital Logistics Management LLC (USDOT# 4094899 / MC# 1560785). I accepted their bid on CitizenShipper a full THREE MONTHS ago (February 20, 2026) to ship my Ford F-150 Lightning to Southlake. Their point of contact, Michael Gray, waited until today—less than 24 hours before my scheduled pickup tomorrow morning at 9:00 AM—to call me and demand a price hike to $1,400. Michael tried to leverage gas price increases over the last three months to pass these unexpected costs onto me at the absolute last second. While market fluctuations and fuel cost increases over a 90-day period make sense, Michael Gray waiting until the absolute final hour to spring a massive upcharge on a customer is completely unacceptable. Capital Logistics had three months to communicate a rate adjustment or renegotiate in good faith. Instead, they waited until the day before pickup. A formal consumer protection complaint has been logged with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA Case #0279839) against their license. If you use Capital Logistics Management LLC, expect them to sit on your booking for months and then have someone like Michael Gray demand more money right when your bags are packed. Completely untrustworthy timing.

I used Margo to transport my 12-week-old female English Mastiff from Ohio to Arizona. Throughout the trip, I tried to be understanding regarding delays and changes in timing, especially since long-distance animal transport can be unpredictable. However, there were several issues that ultimately left me disappointed with the experience. Before the trip began, Margo informed me that she planned to transport another animal to Florida before bringing my puppy to Arizona. I expressed concerns because I did not want my puppy spending unnecessary extra time in the car, and to her credit, she was understanding and agreed to prioritize my transport since I had booked first. Our original agreement was for delivery on Wednesday between 8–10 AM. Due to repeated delays and several scheduling adjustments involving the breeder, our puppy ultimately arrived at 10 PM that night. While I appreciated that she still delivered on the agreed day, the constant delays and late arrival were far from ideal. To Margo’s credit, she remained consistent with communication throughout the trip and provided GPS tracking updates, which I appreciated. I also tried to remain patient given the price point and the challenges of cross-country transport. One concern that stood out to me was when she asked whether I wanted my puppy taken to a truck stop dog park during the trip. As most puppy owners know, exposing a 12-week-old puppy to public dog areas before full vaccination is risky, so this immediately worried me. Unfortunately, only a week after arrival, my puppy was diagnosed with both Parvo and Kennel Cough. This has been heartbreaking and extremely difficult to deal with. While I understand that transport itself can carry risks, I feel my concerns and precautions were not fully respected or followed during the process. If you are looking for a lower-cost transport option and are flexible with timing, this service may work for you. However, based on my experience, I would not personally use this service again or recommend it for young puppies requiring strict health and safety precautions.

I had an amazing experience with Celebrity Pet Transport LLC transporting my puppy, Olive, from the breeder to me. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly cared so much about the dogs he transports. I got picture updates throughout the trip, which gave me so much peace of mind and made the whole experience even more special. Olive arrived happy, healthy, and very well cared for. You can truly tell he loves what he does. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for safe, reliable, and caring pet transportation.

The delivery was definitely faster than I thought it would be and communication was great after pickup. There was some miscommunication at the beginning and their response time wasn't very punctual after deposit was made but the gentleman that delivered our dog was amazing.

I was very nervous about shipping my cat from PA to Florida. I booked very fast and easy with Mark at K9 lives transport. He kept me posted on the whole ride of how my baby was doing. I was very appreciative and comfortable with the way he made me feel and the awesome care he took in of my fur baby! I would highly recommend this company.
