TJ was absolutely amazing! Our need for pet transportation was very last minute and he was there to help! He kept me updated every step of the way. TJ made sure my dog was comfortable when he arrived and ensured I had every detail I needed throughout their trip. He was fantastic and I highly recommend him to everyone!

I cannot thank you enough! We have a very senior dog (17) who couldn’t fly, and we were very nervous about the trip. From the moment TJ arrived at our house, our dog warmed right up. Our little old man pup was like a kid excited to go to camp. He just followed mr TJ and hopped in the car and got cozy in his crate without even paying us any attention! :) We could tell he was in great hands. TJ sent photos and updates, and it was pretty fun to watch their journey as they went! I’m so grateful and will be sharing about TJ with anyone who needs pet transfer. TJ went above and beyond taking care of my Kona. I have had her travel long distance before. So i was so nervous for. Not only was TJ an absolute professional but a pleasure to work with. He kept me updated every 2 hours with GPS and plenty of pictures. She is older so I was very concerned. But he kept her so calm and comfortable each day. He completely put my mind at ease. He was also amazing at communicating answering any questions I had. And more importantly kona loved her time with him, I could definitely tell. Even just photos that she was very comfortable with him and trusted. If I ever need this type of service again. 100% would book again!!

Incredible service! TJ isn't just a delivery specialist who decided to take on pets because he has the space. He is a dog lover who cares for your pup the duration of the transport. He knows how to "read" your dog and give it the attention needed. Excellent communications and this an all around 5 star experience.

TJ is fantastic. We were nervous about sending our dog with a stranger, but he was very gentle and immediately showed us that our dog was in good hands. He shared his location, provided frequent updates, and got to the destination in great time. His communication was excellent. We already reached out to plan a return trip with him. Highly recommend!

TJ did an outstanding job. He had a great rapport with us as well as our dog. He communicated with us frequently and sent may pictures and videos of our dog who looked totally content being with him. We would definitely work with him again.
