Ryan is nice, but we had some issues. We booked a family ride for 3 kitties and a dog. We were assured our animals would be cared for as a family. He told me other transport companies would promise solo rides and switch. Well, at the last minute, Ryan told me he was bringing another dog. I agreed ( had no choice because he told me) because my dog is great with all animals. Logistics were great and we were happy until Ryan arrived. Not only was his car full of stuff and in pretty bad condition, but the other dog bared his teeth and growled at our dog (a puppy btw). The dog continued this behavior and then snapped at our dog. Additonally, there was little room for our dog and the cats, especially since our dog would then need to be kenneled the whole trip due to the other dog's behavior. We also had no clue if the dog would be OK around cats as he had never been around cats. Why bring a dog on a trip that hasn't been around cats and who is growling at other dogs? He even admitted that the dog had growled at his dog! I continually became uneasy and my concerns were met with dismissal. This man does not transport cats and you can tell. What if that dog killed my cat? What if that dog hurt my dog? Unacceptable! We had to send him on his way without my animals. I am so very upset as I am now without the $360 deposit I paid him for no service. No apology and no remorse. I do not think I am unreasonable about the situation.

Fantastic. We were leery as we were scammed years ago buying a French bulldog puppy online. The whole transport process was smooth from the jump. Our new little pug Hoo Hoo was transported by the Flight Nanny from the Oregon airport to the Tulsa Oklahoma airport without a hitch. We were also worried about a several day trip in the car with other transports. Air travel was a lot less stressful for all. We got updates through text to include photos. I contracted Hound Haulers for private transport of my two cats from New York to Florida. While my cats ultimately arrived, my experience was significantly different from both the original agreement and the transporter's later public description of events. My signed agreement listed a pickup date of 4/16/2026 and a delivery date of 4/18/2026. However, delivery did not occur until 4/22/2026. During the transport process, multiple ETAs and delivery expectations were communicated and subsequently changed or missed. Text messages documenting these communications are available. The transporter's public response states that no ETA was provided that was not met. My records indicate otherwise. I have retained the signed agreement and text message history documenting both the original delivery date and subsequent ETA updates. More importantly, the transporter repeatedly acknowledged the inconvenience caused by the delays and explicitly promised a partial refund. On April 20, I was told in writing, "we will also be issuing you a partial refund." On April 28, after I followed up, I was told that I would receive a refund representing the difference between private transport and small-group transport. I was later informed that the refund had been issued. Following my review, the transporter's public response again stated that the refund had already been issued. Despite these repeated written representations, no refund was ever received. After months of follow-up, I recently received a written response from the owner stating that the previously promised refund had been withdrawn and that no refund would be issued. My concern is not that an unforeseen accident occurred. Accidents and delays can happen. My concern is misrepresentation of events and that a refund was promised multiple times in documented communications, represented as having been processed and issued, and then later revoked after repeated inquiries regarding its status.
