He safely—and somehow still ahead of schedule—transported my three large dogs from Virginia to Florida with exceptional care and professionalism. I wasn’t planning on leaving a review but citizens shippers insisted. If exact pickup and delivery timing isn’t an issue and paying for everything up front works for you she seems like the real deal. Just could communicate better. I was asking about how she did the payment before booking as I usually do half at booking and the other half on delivery. Had we discussed that more clearly before I booked with her this transaction would have never happened. I liked her reviews and so I did book her … After we spoke on the phone she was ok with 1/2 now 1/2 on delivery but I was having issues with my Venmo. She runs based on the payment so if someone isn’t paying her she has to wait at the gas station until funds come through. Makes picking up and delivering on a schedule a bit inconvenient. I was ok with it tho. We were having problems with communication about PayPal as another payment option and I thought her hanging up on me and canceling 4 hours before pickup was a bit immature. It was inconvenient for myself as well as the breeder after planning everything for him to be ready at the time she said. I found my pup another ride that worked out even better so no big deal. Cost me about the same. So things worked out for me. I think based on our conversation that she assumed I wasn’t going to pay her because of past bad experiences and I was having Venmo issues … so that’s legit, but it wasn’t my intention not to pay her. The only other option I had was PayPal and I guess it charged a big fee on her end so she wasn’t wanting to continue with the transaction. I think had I not been having issues with Venmo at the time it all may have went better so 3 out of 5 stars on not even getting my dog delivered by her is generous because I’m owning that. The miscommunication … lack of planning if funds aren’t timely and impatience with me over the phone seems a bit unprofessional. But not everyone rolls that way. She seems to know a lot about dogs and genuinely loves them. I’m sure …

We had been conversing with a lady, assuming she would pick would pick up. She had been friendly and helpful. Rather, a man picked up our dog. He was not friendly. We were not given a Life 360 tracking until we asked for it one hour later. We had to ask for videos and photos. The communication was not good and we felt disrespected each time we had to reach out to the male driver. We would not use this shipping company again for our dogs.

Jorge is a rare breed because of his love for his work and the people he transports for. He helped my mother in a desperate and very sad time of need. He met her in Arizona and was interested to hear her story and talk with her about her cheweenie "BabyGirl". They talked for a bit and he left her feeling happy and worry free. Jorge kept ALL of his promises to stop and feed the animals let them stretch and give us video updates along while sharing his location so we could follow Babygirl on her adventure to me here in Florida. Jorge and I have talked many times over during the journey and I felt like we were brothers. His upmost care and compassion for Babygirl shined through day and night. He drove for days to get her here and when he was finally in florida it was super late. Around 1 am my wife and I were exhausted from a long week ourselves and had our daughter Jasmine meet him and pickup Babygirl in our driveway. The talent and drive and care he showed my mother before during and after left us all speechless. He did something for us very few people would have ever dreamed of.
