Dogs are truly my passion, and every dog that I transport is treated with patience, attentiveness, and respect. My goal is always to make their journey calm, safe, and as positive as possible.

 Fresh water is always provided throughout the trip. Owners are responsible for providing their pet’s food, medications, and any special dietary items needed for travel.

I communicate consistently during transport and provide photo updates so you can feel connected and reassured along the way.

 I have experience working with senior pets, nervous travelers, and animals that may be cautious with strangers. If your pet has any behavioral concerns or special needs, please don’t hesitate to share — I am comfortable adjusting to what they need to ensure a smooth journey. ⸻

Regarding Pricing & Transport Policies, 

I operate on a flat-rate transport fee based on mileage, route logistics, timing, and whether the trip is shared or private.

 Citizen Shipper adds its own separate service fee, which is independent of my flat transport rate and is not paid to me.

 A 50% non-refundable deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure your scheduled transport date.

The remaining balance is due at pickup. Per USDA transport compliance requirements, the full invoice must be paid prior to departure.

Ground transport quotes are based on shared routes with a small, carefully coordinated group of pets traveling along the same path. Private (solo) ground transport is available at a higher flat rate.

 Air Transport:
Flights are always solo transports. Pets must weigh 20 lbs or less including the carrier to travel in-cabin. Pets over 20 lbs may travel via cargo at the owner’s request and are subject to airline breed and safety restrictions. The full cost of the airline ticket and associated pet fees are required in advance in order to book travel.

Thank you for considering my services. • Finding an affordable, trustworthy shipper for your pet is not easy. The quote that I offer initially is calculated based off of our availability, transportation cost, time, demand, and already scheduled route. Our pricing is flexible and we can likely lower our quote. To find you the best rate it takes time and communication to coordinate the best and most affordable option. Our quote be decreased sometimes as much as half the price so, if our initial quote is above your budget let us know to help and try to find a better rate. I understand the trust involved in placing your pet in someone else’s care, and I approach each transport with professionalism, attentiveness, and respect.

Some important things to note when planning for trip; if you need your dog delivered or picked up by a certain time and don’t have room for any delays, it is best to schedule a private trip. Requesting a private or solo trip with us will cost more than regular shared rides. Shared ground transportation rides can vary on pick up and delivery times. This is because some dogs need more potty breaks than others and sometimes dogs have accidents, especially when dealing with younger puppies. We try our best to give accurate arrival and departure time that also account for routine breaks and occasional/expected delays. But even with accounting for the situations, we can still be off the time by some hours, especially with driving long trips. Please consider this when planning a trip let us know if you have any questions or time frames that you need to meet.

I’m convinced that Don & Mable are saints!! They drove our dog all the way from California to Connecticut, they took great care of him, and they gave me updates along the way. They nurtured my timid baby, and they gave me insight on his core characteristics, so I knew what to expect. Their prices were fair as well. I definitely recommend them, and will call on them again.

Don and Mabel were absolutely amazing! They drove our little Mochi home and made the entire experience so easy and reassuring from start to finish. They were incredibly kind, caring, thoughtful, and clearly treated her with so much love along the way. I felt completely comfortable knowing Mochi was in such wonderful hands. They kept everything smooth, professional, and stress-free, and you can genuinely tell they care about the animals they transport. I can’t recommend Don and Mabel highly enough. Dog world transportation did a fantastic job at communicating with the pick up and delivery with my big red a 68lbs love of my life female dog. They did what we asked of them. They delivered our healthy puppy. They had some issues due to others irresponsible owners. So, it threw there time off some. I helped there situation out and received our puppy. I was happy with the delivery service. They communicated The entire time. Thank you dog world.

Very nice and corresponded well. I was given pictures and ETAs. The timeline ended up having to be moved multiple times, but I guess that is to be expected when you are driving over half way across the country. They were by far the best price quote I received, and that is why they got 5 stars. Otherwise I couldn't justify the price of shipping for the cost of the puppy.
