As a USDA-certified and fully insured transport team, we possess extensive experience in professional pet relocation. Throughout the journey, we provide consistent updates, including video clips of your pet, alongside live GPS tracking to ensure you remain informed of their status at all times. IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING CITIZENSHIPPER FEES: Please be aware that CitizenShipper charges separate service and booking fees that are not included in our transport quote. Once you accept our bid, CitizenShipper will bill you for these platform-specific costs. For your convenience, we have included a copy of their fee schedule in our photo gallery so you can review their pricing structure before moving forward. HEALTH CARE CERTIFICATE & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS: All pets must be healthy and up to date on vaccinations to travel with proof, or to ensure the safety and legal compliance of every transport, please have a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI)—an official document from your licensed veterinarian confirming your pet’s health and fitness for travel—ready and available at the time of pickup. This is a critical requirement when traveling alongside other animals. Additionally, we adhere to the following safety protocols: * Puppies (12 weeks and under): We enforce a strict "no paws to the ground" policy to minimize exposure to external environments. * Adult Dogs: We require the use of a harness over a collar for all adult dogs. This provides superior control and safety for both your pet and our handling team. These measures are designed to provide the highest level of security and care for your pet throughout their journey. PAYMENT POLICY To ensure secure and efficient service, our payment terms are as follows: * Standard Bookings: We require 50% of the total fee at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due at the time of pet pickup. * Small Shipments: For any quote totaling $200 or less, we require full payment at the time of booking. * Advance Bookings (3+ Months): For bookings scheduled three months or more in advance, a $75 non-refundable fee is required to secure your date. Our standard payment policy still applies, with the initial payment preferred at least 1–2 weeks before your scheduled pickup date. We apologize for any inconvenience these requirements may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain reliable service. DELIVERY: Please be aware that estimated delivery times may fluctuate due to factors such as inclement weather, traffic conditions, and route adjustments. While we strive to provide accurate timelines and keep you informed throughout the journey, certain circumstances remain beyond our control—including unforeseen traffic delays, construction, or accidents. We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding these variables. COMMUNICATIONS: Please be advised that we occasionally travel through areas with limited cellular service, such as mountain ranges or remote stretches of highway. If we do not respond immediately, we kindly ask for your patience; we will reach out as soon as we regain a signal to provide you with any necessary updates. If your shipment is scheduled well in advance and you are unable to reach us, please understand that we may be on the road or attending to family matters. We are committed to maintaining open communication and will reply as soon as possible. Please rest assured that if we have accepted your shipment, your booking is secure. In the rare event of an emergency that prevents us from fulfilling our commitment, we will contact you immediately to process a full refund. COMMUNICATION POLICY AND BID MANAGEMENT: To ensure we maintain the highest standard of care and undivided attention for the animals currently in our custody, we must prioritize operational efficiency throughout our travel schedule. Please be advised that we may occasionally retract a bid if our route reaches full capacity or if we perceive a potential shift in your specific transport requirements. Given the nature of our work and the extended time we spend on the road, our capacity to monitor active bids is necessarily limited, and we sincerely appreciate your professional understanding in this regard. Key Guidelines for Our Ongoing Communications: * Promptness: We place a high value on clear, timely coordination. If you are interested in moving forward with our services, please communicate your intent as soon as possible so we may officially reserve the necessary space for your pet on our upcoming route. * Bid Management: Should you notice a bid has been retracted, please understand this is strictly a reflection of our high demand and our commitment to maintaining a precise, reliable schedule; it is never intended as a discourtesy to you. * Priority of Care: While we strive to be as responsive and communicative as possible, the health, safety, and well-being of the pets currently in our direct care remains our absolute primary focus while we are in transit. Charlene was very responsive for booking, and made special accommodations for my English mastiff for his size! He was so comfortable, he actually tried to get back in the car with her, and he usually doesn’t warm up to people too quickly. Very friendly and would book again!

Char was a real trooper! She picked up my new puppy on time and sent photos and updated voice messages throughout the journey— in which she encountered a tornado and then in the last 45 minutes of the leg, a large animal (Deer? Elk?) darted out in front of her vehicle! Still, everyone arrived safe, cared for and a day early. Would recommend her to anyone.
