We are a Wisconsin-based sibling team, Chuck & Charlene, and we are excited to offer our pet transport services to citizen shipper customers. Please help us build reviews, and let us help you transport your pet safely. You won't see too many reviews as of yet because we do not do this full-time like many others; we are a part-time business and look for gigs when we have the time in our schedule away from our other jobs to do so. We are a reliable team that cares deeply for those furry friends. We are a contracted service for your protection and ours. If you wish to preview our contract, please see our photos; it is there in sections. We take pride in handling your pets with the utmost care, patience, and love, just the way you would prefer. We are "USDA-certified (see photos for certificate), Pet Care Insured, extremely experienced in handling animals, and have received positive reviews from our satisfied clients here and on our off-site account". Our door-to-door transport service aims to keep your pet safe, comfortable, and consistently cared for. Our goal is to help pet owners transport their furry friends safely and calmly while building up great reviews on this platform we have recently rejoined. Help us build reviews! We are still fairly new, and we work directly with you. We will stay in constant contact with wellness updates (via video clips) and offer GPS live tracking for added peace of mind. We stand by our word always! We provide essential items like blankets, water, approved treats, and safe chew toys to keep your pet relaxed throughout the journey. When traveling with dogs, we require the use of a harness over a collar as it is much more reliable and safer for your pet and us during potty breaks. Speaking of breaks, we like to take them every 2-4 hours during long-distance travel. We want your pet to arrive at their destination refreshed and ready to enjoy their new surroundings. We don't worry about harnesses for puppies as we have a "no paws to the ground" policy for all pups less than 12 weeks old. We carry plenty of puppy pads and baby wipes for cleanup. VIP RIDES If you are requesting a vip transport, please add $100 to the fee as we lose the option to stack a booking for a vip transport, and this helps balance the loss of income a bit. PAYMENT POLICY Due to recent failed payments upon delivery experiences, we now require half our fee at booking and the balance at pet pick up. We apologize for the inconvenience some customers have caused us to resort to this. Unless you choose a secure payment listing, then the rules follow per site rules. We will exceed your expectations. :) STAYING CONNECTED **Patience is required: We will stay in contact as often as possible with Well-ness Check ins of your pet, but please understand some areas such as wide open plains and mountains can deter a signal, which is out of our control and delay contact, no reason to get upset, we will retain contact asap and explain what happen. Please never assume that we are not doing our best to keep you worry-free, or not responding to you, we may not have seen your message because of this. These people were incredible! They kept us informed the whole drive, sent us pictures, videos and voice notes of how our puppy was doing and driving progress. All we asked was that they loved on our girl as much as possible during the long trip here and they definitely did that! They also have good reviews on fb and have a main web site too. 100% recommend this company!
