We are Chuck & Charlene, a sibling team based in Wisconsin, excited to offer our pet transport services to citizen shipper customers. We appreciate your help in building our reviews and look forward to safely transporting your pet. Since we operate part-time and fit gigs around our other jobs, you may not see many reviews yet. However, we are a dependable team that truly cares about your furry companions. For your protection and ours, we operate under a contract. We pride ourselves on treating your pets with the utmost care, patience, and affection, just as you would want them to be treated. We are USDA-certified (certificate visible in photos), Pet Care Insured, highly experienced with animals, and have received positive feedback from satisfied clients. Our door-to-door transport service is designed to ensure your pet's safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the journey. Our mission is to assist pet owners in transporting their furry friends safely and calmly while building strong reviews on this platform, which we recently rejoined. We work directly with you and maintain constant communication with wellness updates via video clips, along with GPS live tracking for your peace of mind. We always stand by our commitments. We provide essentials such as blankets, water, approved treats, and safe chew toys to keep your pet relaxed during travel. When transporting dogs, we require a harness instead of a collar, as it is safer and more reliable during potty breaks. We take breaks every 2-4 hours on long trips to ensure your pet arrives refreshed and ready to enjoy their new environment. For puppies under 12 weeks, we follow a "no paws to the ground" policy and carry plenty of puppy pads and baby wipes for cleanup. VIP RIDES If you request VIP transport, please add $100 to the fee to compensate for the inability to stack bookings, helping offset the loss of income. PAYMENT POLICY Due to recent issues with failed payments upon delivery, we now require half of the fee at booking and the remainder at pet pickup. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this policy change. If you select a secure payment option, payment rules will follow the site’s policies. Thank you for considering us for your pet transport needs. We look forward to serving you and your furry friend! We are transparent, personable, and honest, and we aim to exceed your expectations. :) STAYING CONNECTED Patience is appreciated: We will provide regular wellness check-ins, but please understand that signal loss in remote areas like plains or mountains may delay communication. This is beyond our control and not a reason for concern. We will reconnect as soon as possible and explain any delays. Please do not assume we are neglecting your pet or ignoring your messages; signal issues may prevent us from seeing them immediately. If live GPS access is lost, we will send a new link promptly. Thank you for your understanding. If you see we retracted our bid, please do not be offended. I had a great experience with this pet travel team. A family duo who delivered my dog safely and right on schedule. They were professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about animals.
