The only TRUE SOLO experience! Winter season is upon us! Will have to give a 1 to 2 hour window for pick up time due to weather and possible snow covered roads. Some things are beyond our control. We are Based in upstate NY. Our rates include insurance, fuel, tolls, hotel pet fees, vehicle maintenance, mileage, bottled water, kennel and of course excellent pet care . USDA T registered 😁. . We'll be with your furry, scaled, or feathered family member every step of the way, providing comfort, care, and updates so you can focus on your move with complete peace of mind. We're here to help ease your mind and ensure your best friend feels loved and secure, no matter the distance. . We send updates and photos every 2 hours per trip. . We take necessary potty breaks and feed your pet and have water as well. . We stop to walk your pet every few hours depending on the length of the trip. . Regular Pet rest stop breaks - Every 2-4hrs or less if necessary With Regular Communication with shipper & receiver. We stay at only Pet Friendly hotels along the route if necessary. Medication Requirements: If your pet requires medication, I will need a note from the vet or the breeder with dosage instructions. Please only send enough food for the trip, and a small, grocery store size bag of items if needed. Special blankets or toys are welcome Please confirm dates are available before accepting bid We love Cash, Cash App, and Venmo as well. We require 50% payment at time of booking & the balance at Drop off unless other written arrangements are made with shipper at time of booking.. Full refunds will be giving if trip is canceled by us. Please note that the cancellation fee owed to the driver and the CitizenShipper Booking fee are two separate fees, with their own policies. For shipments canceled within 72 hours of pickup, there is a small cancellation fee owed to the driver. By this time, the driver might be on the road, having already invested time and resources. The fees are as follows: Canceled 48-72 hours before pickup: $50 cancellation fee owed to the driver Canceled 24-48 hours before pickup: $100 cancellation fee owed to the driver Canceled 0-24 hours before pickup: $100 -OR- 50% of the originally agreed fee owed to the driver, whichever is the greater of the two We can provide the crate or use your own or your dog can ride in a harness seat belted in. It's your choice! (cats and small dogs must be crated during transport) Thank you

JnB’s Transport is Magnificent! They did not have an easy trip either. It started very early and ended at my house at 6:30ishpm. They drove in the sleet and rain on crummy roads. I know it’s their job but God bless them. I couldn’t do it. I appreciate them so much. Then they had to drive home. Thats 9 more hours. My thoughts were with you. I loved how great the communication was! Everything went smoothly, and I got a picture of my puppy as soon as they picked him up. They took good care of him for the long ride and were punctual. I recommend their pet transport service.

Jacob and Brenda were outstanding! My dog was comfortable on the drive from MA to VA, and they maintained excellent contact with both myself and my family members who were receiving my dog. Sometimes you expect dog transport to be a bunch of kennels; not with JnB's Transport; my dog had the full backseat, compete with blankets and other comforts. I highly recommend their service.

These two were amazing! They sent me pictures and updated me with my dog and cat every couple hours. They were very transparent about everything from letting me know when they were eating to going to the bathroom. I would highly recommend them they are very trustworthy and down to earth.
