We're here to help ease your mind and ensure your best friend feels loved and secure, no matter the distance. . We send updates and photos every 2 hours per trip. . We take necessary potty breaks and feed your pet and have water as well. . We stop to walk your pet every few hours depending on the length of the trip. . Regular Pet rest stop breaks - Every 2-4hrs or less if necessary With Regular Communication with shipper & receiver. We stay at only Pet Friendly hotels along the route if necessary. Medication Requirements: If your pet requires medication, I will need a note from the vet or the breeder with dosage instructions. Please only send enough food for the trip, and a small, grocery store size bag of items if needed. Special blankets or toys are welcome Please confirm dates are available before accepting bid We love Cash, Cash App, and Venmo as well. We require 50% payment at time of booking & the balance at Drop off unless other written arrangements are made with shipper at time of booking.. Full refunds will be giving if trip is canceled by us. Please note that the cancellation fee owed to the driver and the CitizenShipper Booking fee are two separate fees, with their own policies. For shipments canceled within 72 hours of pickup, there is a small cancellation fee owed to the driver. By this time, the driver might be on the road, having already invested time and resources. The fees are as follows: Canceled 48-72 hours before pickup: $50 cancellation fee owed to the driver Canceled 24-48 hours before pickup: $100 cancellation fee owed to the driver Canceled 0-24 hours before pickup: $100 -OR- 50% of the originally agreed fee owed to the driver, whichever is the greater of the two We can provide the crate or use your own or your dog can ride in a harness seat belted in. It's your choice! (cats and small dogs must be crated during transport) Thank you

We used JnB Transport to transport our 85 pound yellow lab from Boston area to NC. I am so glad we picked JnB for transporting our dog. I was nervous as I had never heard of pet transporting and then trying to read through all the bids was daunting. We didn’t pick the cheapest bid at all, but I loved the reviews JnB had and I loved it would be the 2 of them so that one could drive and the other attend to my dog if he needed comfort. They did the drive (16+ hours) all in one day. The updates were frequent. Numerous text messages and pictures were received and they kept us updated with their ETA as they stopped for breaks/gas etc. Our dog ran to us as expected when he saw us but he then ran back to the transport team, and that tells me they took great care of him. Additionally, we got to spend a few minutes chitchatting with them and they are super nice and love pets and what they do. They are the type of people that if they are ever backing the area that I hope they stop in for a few beers. Just grounded and very nice people. I don’t usually write reviews, but I couldn’t pass on doing this one. I would recommend using JnB 1,000 times over!!! The pickup with my border collie puppy was very smooth. Jacob and Brenda were great communicators, and their help was much appreciated. The vehicle was safely setup for pet travels and they sent lots of updates along the way. Would definitely use their service again!

We had a great experience. They drove to the mountains of Bangor NY to retrieve our pup and in Brooklyn NY traffic to deliver her. They were communicative, timely, and very nice people.

JnB’s Transport is Magnificent! They did not have an easy trip either. It started very early and ended at my house at 6:30ishpm. They drove in the sleet and rain on crummy roads. I know it’s their job but God bless them. I couldn’t do it. I appreciate them so much. Then they had to drive home. Thats 9 more hours. My thoughts were with you. I loved how great the communication was! Everything went smoothly, and I got a picture of my puppy as soon as they picked him up. They took good care of him for the long ride and were punctual. I recommend their pet transport service.

Jacob and Brenda were outstanding! My dog was comfortable on the drive from MA to VA, and they maintained excellent contact with both myself and my family members who were receiving my dog. Sometimes you expect dog transport to be a bunch of kennels; not with JnB's Transport; my dog had the full backseat, compete with blankets and other comforts. I highly recommend their service.
