We're here to help ease your mind and ensure your best friend feels loved and secure, no matter the distance. . We send gps updates and photos every 2 hours per trip. . Can send videos of your pet during the trip. . We take necessary potty breaks and feed your pet and have water as well. . Regular Pet rest stop breaks - Every 2-4hrs or less if necessary With Regular Communication with shipper & receiver. We stay at only Pet Friendly hotels along the route if necessary. Medication Requirements: If your pet requires medication, I will need a note from the vet or the breeder with dosage instructions. Please only send enough food for the trip, and a small, grocery store size bag of items if needed. Special blankets or toys are welcome Please confirm dates are available before accepting bid We love Cash, Cash App, and Venmo as well. We require 50% payment at time of booking & the balance at Drop off unless other written arrangements are made with shipper at time of booking.. Full refunds will be giving if trip is canceled by us. Please note that the cancellation fee owed to the driver and the CitizenShipper Booking fee are two separate fees, with their own policies. For shipments canceled within 72 hours of pickup, there is a small cancellation fee owed to the driver. By this time, the driver might be on the road, having already invested time and resources. The fees are as follows: Canceled 48-72 hours before pickup: $50 cancellation fee owed to the driver Canceled 24-48 hours before pickup: $100 cancellation fee owed to the driver Canceled 0-24 hours before pickup: $100 -OR- 50% of the originally agreed fee owed to the driver, whichever is the greater of the two We can provide the crate or use your own or your dog can ride in a harness seat belted in. It's your choice! (cats and small dogs must be crated during transport) Thank you

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We used J and B to transport our dog to Pittsburgh and couldn't be happier with the experience. Jacob and Brenda were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. They picked up my dog, Archie, from JFK after an international flight and safely transported him to Albany. Throughout the entire process they were professional, reliable, and incredibly caring. It was obvious that they genuinely care about the animals they transport, not just about completing the job. After such a long and stressful journey, knowing Archie was in such capable hands gave me tremendous peace of mind. They kept me informed, handled everything smoothly, and treated Archie with kindness and patience. He arrived calm, safe, and well cared for. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. JNB’s Transport was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They gave clear expectations and stuck to their plan perfectly. Communication was excellent throughout the trip with updates along the way, and it was clear our puppy was being cared for with real attention and kindness. When our puppy arrived, she was calm, clean, and clearly well looked after. They really care about the animals they transport and treat them like their own. JnB is the transport for me. This team took care of my pups like they were their own. Updates every hour. Pictures. They knew my dogs meds and even recommend a natural allergy treatment. If you are looking for a pet transport team, look no further! Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend JnB’s transport for excellent communication with all parties and ease of scheduling. JnB Transport did a phenomenal job bringing lil Lewis to his forever home. I couldn't be happier with the service and care they provided. I was nervous about pup transport, but J & B really put me at ease with pictures and excellent communication for the entire journey. These are two exceedingly caring, professional, and dedicated people; that love pets just as much a you do.
