these guys were the best, me and my wife were so nervous about getting a newborn pup deliverd never having done this before, i loved the communication ,Jacob took pictures and videos the whole trip and the pup was in a nice sadan with both him and his wife a private trip with no other pets very personal and hands on they were on time even early and when they arrived they were awesom pet loving people and i felt very comfortable having them at my house they stayed to enjoy tobys first homecomeing / IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET YOU DEFINATELY WANT THESE GUYS THE DELIVER THEM. they are awesome and we are very grateful they were the people toby went on his first trip with.

Excellent communication. Very punctual. Sent us updates with pictures and ETA adjustments due to traffic. They went the extra mile to care for our pup who was a little carsick for his first long drive. They even bought him a toy to keep him entertained. Highly recommend!

Hello! I just picked up my perfect boxer from this nice couple! I was very anxious with trusting someone delivering my puppy however, once I expressed this they were nothing but kind reassuring me that it will be okay. I was previously scammed by a lady and I told them this and they worked with me to make me feel safe about the process. They immediately contacted the breeder to work with him and make the delivery as smooth as possible. During the ride I was getting frequent updates with pictures and everything! If anyone is looking for a transporter I highly recommend this couple!!

Jacob and his wife Brenda were absolutely amazing to work with while getting our new puppy to us. The trip wasn’t super long but we got pictures and were contacted throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend JnB’s to anyone needing to have their pet or pets transported safely and without worries. Thanks again guys!

JnB was awesome, providing photos and updates every few hours throughout the trip. Communication was flawless and they were on time for both pickup and drop off . More importantly, they made sure my 10week old puppy was safe and comfortable during this 7+ hr trip. I would rate them 10 stars if the option was available! Highly recommended. You won’t regret it.

jacob (JnB transport) was an amazing transporter. would definitely use him and his wife again.. 1000% satisfied!! Jacob did an amazing dog taking my puppy from NY to NJ. The communication was spot on. I never had to check in on the puppy, I never felt like I should question anything, Jacob was constantly sending me and the new buyer pictures. I highly recommend him to everyone!!
