Tim was very nice and informative. He sent me pictures of my dog along the way and kept me up to date with their traveling progress. I really appreciate how he was able to work with us on pickup time and got my dog to me very quickly!

This was my first time using citizenshipper, and I was super nervous about sending my Frenchie all the way from the East Coast to the West Coast—but this shipper made the process smooth, stress-free, and incredibly affordable! He only charged me $750, which is an amazing deal for such a long-distance trip. From start to finish, he was professional, communicative, and clearly experienced with pets. He kept me updated throughout the journey and treated my dog with great care. I felt completely at ease knowing my pup was in good hands. We had a great experience transporting our dog, Olive, from Colorado to Georgia with Timothy. He was available and responsive via text and phone before and during the transport. Timothy worked to accommodate our "delivery date" and sent picture updates of our dog during the drive. He also shared a GPS tracker so we could see where he was as he was driving. Olive arrived in Georgia happy and well cared for. I would highly recommend Serendipity Pet Delivery!
