Hi everyone! I’m here to provide safe and friendly pet transport services! Before the trip, please prepare your pet’s favorite snacks, their crate, and make sure you have a vet’s travel clearance. Since we are fully insured and USDA Licensed, puppies MUST be 8 weeks of age at the time of pick-up and a health certificate is required. The health certificate from your vet confirms that the puppy is up to date on vaccinations and is healthy enough for travel. It is valid for 10 days. Standard delivery is about 48 hours per 1,000 miles. 💳 Payment & Booking Info We offer several convenient payment methods: Zelle, Cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Credit Card 🚚 GPS Tracking Option For real-time GPS tracking during transport, we offer an optional tracking add-on for $50. This service provides a private link so you can follow the journey live from pickup to drop-off. ✅ Booking & Cancellation Policy To confirm your booking, we require a 50% deposit, with a minimum of $150. This amount goes toward your total and secures your pet’s spot on our schedule. The remaining balance is due after delivery is completed. (Note: Deposit amounts may be rounded for simplicity.) 🚫 Cancellation Terms (based on the deposit amount): Canceled more than 72 hours before pickup: ‣ Full refund of the deposit. Canceled 24–72 hours before pickup: ‣ 25% of the deposit is retained (or $150 minimum), the rest is refunded. Canceled less than 24 hours before pickup: ‣ No refund of the deposit. ⚠️ Important Notice: To ensure a smooth pickup and transport experience, please make sure that all required documents and conditions are met at the time of pickup — including your dog’s vaccination records and veterinary health certificate (also known as a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection). If any essential items are missing or requirements are not fulfilled, the driver may have to cancel the trip. In such cases, the deposit may be retained to compensate for time and scheduling disruptions. I was very nervous to send my cat with someone I didn’t know but Osman was wonderful. He was so kind and caring. He really thought about how my cat would feel and left a blanket with her to make sure she was comfortable. He kept us updated and communicated the whole time. He really and truly cares about the animals and thinks about their perspective and needs. This was a great experience when it could have been stressful. I highly recommend him!

Very Responsive to text and calls. Sends pictures to keep you updated throughout the entire transport. Very respectful and patient and also would treat your pet as if it was theirs. Honestly a 10/10 would recommend for anyone who needs reasonable prices and trustworthy people

Osman I had a great experience with this company. They were very communicative, easy going, and took care of my 60 lb aussie Pyrenees mix! They made a 3 day trip easy for my guy. They booked with me 1 week after someone else on this app last minute cancelled my previous trip. From my experience, they are someone you can trust to take care of your doggo!
