With over four years of professional long-distance transportation experience—and the past year fully dedicated to pet transportation—I provide safe, reliable, and compassionate ground transport services for pets across the United States. Having driven more than 500,000 miles nationwide, I bring extensive road experience, careful route planning, and a calm, responsible approach to every journey. Every pet entrusted to us is treated as a valued guest, not cargo. Our mission is to deliver a hotel-style travel experience on wheels, where pets travel in comfort, safety, and calm—while owners enjoy complete peace of mind. Safety & Comfort On Board • Climate-controlled vehicle with air conditioning and Webasto heating system • Your dog/cat rides separately (max 4 pets total) • Continuous temperature and humidity monitoring via Necto sensors • Spacious, well-ventilated, individually assigned travel crates • Hotel-style comfort with soft bedding, clean blankets, and premium-quality food and water • Professional pet hygiene, sanitation, and cleaning standards throughout the journey For added assurance, we proudly provide Pet Travel Insurance Coverage, ensuring your pet is protected from pickup to delivery. At Pet Traveling Hotel, professionalism, transparency, and genuine care are not optional — they are the standard. 📝 Pet Information (Required) • Puppies must be at least 8 weeks old at the time of pickup. • Client must provide accurate and complete pet details prior to pickup 🐾 • This information is required for safety, crate sizing, route planning, and compliance. • Incorrect, incomplete, or missing pet information or required documents at pickup may result in delays, additional fees, or cancellation of the trip, with the deposit retained. ⚠️ Please provide the following: • Pet’s Name • Gender (male / female) • Age (months / years) • Weight (lbs or kg) • For documentation, either a Health Certificate OR updated vaccination records is acceptable. • If your pet has special snacks, toys, or their own crate, you may send them — this is completely optional. If Applicable: • Spay / Neuter status • Medical conditions or medications 💊 • Behavioral notes (crate trained, anxiety, aggression, compatibility with other pets) 💳 Payment & Booking Info We accept: • Zelle • Cash • Credit Card (3.5% fee) 🚚 Trip Tracking & Delivery Timeline (Optional) • Optional live GPS tracking link: $50 • Track the journey in real time from pickup to delivery • Typical delivery time: ~60 hours per 1,000 miles. ⏰ Scheduling & Availability • Estimated pickup and delivery time windows are provided at least 24 hours in advance and are binding. • The Client is responsible for being available within the confirmed time window, not the entire day. • Requests to delay pickup or delivery outside the confirmed time window may result in waiting fees, rescheduling, or cancellation at the driver’s discretion due to route scheduling constraints. ✅ Booking & Deposit • 50% deposit is required to secure your pet’s spot, with a minimum of $200. • The remaining balance is due at delivery. 🚫 Cancellation Policy • More than 72 hours before pickup: Full deposit refund • 24–72 hours before pickup: 50% of the deposit is retained (or $200 minimum) • Less than 24 hours before pickup: Deposit is non-refundable 📝 Final Notes • Rates include insurance, fuel, tolls, vehicle maintenance, and mileage — with absolutely no hidden or surprise fees. • In the event of a medical emergency, the Client authorizes Pet Traveling Hotel to seek veterinary care if necessary. All veterinary expenses remain the responsibility of the Client. • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather, traffic, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. • If the Client or authorized recipient is unavailable at the agreed delivery time, a waiting fee of $50 per hour will apply. • Pet Traveling Hotel is not responsible for conditions arising from pre-existing health issues, age-related complications, or stress-related responses during transport. • Any undisclosed aggression, biting history, or severe behavioral issues that pose a safety risk may result in immediate cancellation of transport without refund. • By accepting these terms, the Client acknowledges that pickup and delivery hours are between 8:00 AM and 12:00 AM. • Please confirm pickup date & availability before booking. • Booking confirms acceptance of all terms. Osman took excellent care of our Siberian Husky on a very long drive from South Carolina to Idaho. I could tell there was a real bond between them, and it shows how much he cared for the doggy on a long winter's journey. He also sent pictures and updates throughout the 2,400 mile trip. I am giving Osman 5 stars.
