Hi, let me start by introducing myself, im Adra Maxwell, owner & operator of this small family team business. I've been driving for several years now. I've always been extremely independent and a go getter. I love traveling & pets equally. So this is a perfect combination for myself and that of my team. I have always loved animals. Hubby & I currently have 5 (inside) dogs. All of which have been rescues, except for the O.G. of the pack. We got her when we moved to Dallas, Tx 14 years ago. Growing up in rural Southeastern Kentucky, I split my time between there & just over the state line of Tennessee on a large farm. I feel as though throughout life I've had a variety of animals, from fish to birds to Buford, my ferret. I'm the kind of person that sends pictures and texts to keep you up to date on our progress during the trip. More times than not, I'm extremely flexible. The safety of your beloved pets is my biggest concern. I will often have a co-driver with me, it proves to be helpful at times. I have plenty of references that I'm more than eager to provide.

Happy tails transport was awesome. I was always updated on how they were doing and their whereabouts I was getting picks of my pup when possible. They did deal with some nasty weather throughout most of the trip and they still got here a day earlier than expected.

My first experience transporting a pet. It was awesome! Adra was wonderful, always available and answered all of my questions. I even got pictures of my fur baby throughout the trip. He arrived so happy and beautiful, and I would absolutely use Adra in the future again. 10/10 recommend.

Adra was fantastic! She transported our FIVE animals (with FOUR cats) from NC to OR. Our pets got to OR safely, quickly, and no worse for wear, despite what they may think 😂. She was communicative the entire time and made she we were updated with statuses and pictures. Our animals, mostly the cats, are no walk in the park. They’re a bit crazy, and I can’t imagine being in a car with all of them for several days straight. But, Adra did it with nothing but professionalism and grace! I would definitely recommend Adra for anyone who needs someone to transport their pet(s)!

Adra did a great job getting my highly nervous cat from FL to CT after he had gotten lost at our motel in Daytona during our move up north. There were a lot of moving parts for her to navigate, as well as rain all along the way, yet she still arrived with a smile on her face! I would definitely recommend her to others!

Adra is the most caring and wonderful person. She is an absolute angel. Nebula, my friend’s cat, had the best and easiest time riding with her. She sent pictures and updates to let us know how everything was going and if there was going to be any delays. You couldn’t find a better person to trust with your furry family member!

I can't express how very thankful I am to have booked with Happy Tails Pet Transport. As a military family that was told I only had just a few days to move, Adra was right there to assist me with any questions I had while providing great suggestions to make my worries less stressful. With only having such a short time to book and send off my pets while our house was being packed up for a move, Adra was two days early for pickup despite not feeling well while driving to pick up my pets. God bless her heart and willpower to do everything in her ability to get to my location since the military left my family with little to no room for delays or rescheduling.
