Adra stayed in touch with me during the trip from Arkansas to Washington state. My puppy was delivered on the date promised, despite the horrendous winter weather she encountered on her way here.

I will admit, I was nervous about getting our new puppy delivered to us, but Adra was absolutely amazing. We are so incredibly happy and thankful for her for bringing us our new Frenchie. Adra was communicative, safe and on time. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a pet transport. There is no question about who I am calling if I need another transport. Simply amazing!

Adra picked our girls up the day we needed her to, and safely transported them across the country for us while we coordinated moving our entire life from north Texas to the east coast. The girls were clearly loved on and cared for. I’d use Adra again in a heartbeat.

I had my bank check with the Better Business Bureau because they were concerned about the rise in customer scams. As it turned out, one of the bank managers got scammed and lost a considerable amount of money for a dog that never existed. After digging into the feedback from customers and the Better Business Bureau, Happy Tails Transport earned the approval of my bank. The service was actually quite remarkable and my puppy made it cross country safe and sound. My only advice to new customers would be to read the reviews from customers who have actually used this transport service. Mine is just one review of many. The transporters was friendly and kept me informed of their progress. Very happy customer.

After a terrible first experience on this app, Adra came through and completely changed my perspective in a positive light. She took such great care of my fur baby and made me feel very comfortable every step of the way. She even pushed through to make sure I got her in two days despite unexpected weather events.
