Great experience with a multi-day transport. She kept in communication daily with texts and photos which was greatly appreciated.

Phenomenal experience! Adra’s communication was outstanding with loads of pictures and video along the route. She truly loved and cared for my baby as her own and made the whole process stress free! I would highly recommend Adra!

Loved her!

Awesome experience… we continuously got updates , pictures and videos of our dog . Very happy with the service . Highly recommend.

Ada was very nice and dependable. She kept me informed of her location thru out the journey with texts and pictures. I would most defintely use her again should the need arise. Thank you so much Ada!

Adra from Happy Tails Pet Transport provided excellent service every step of the way. She was great at explaining all the ins and outs of the process of securing transport and all the fees and made it all easy to understand. She was extremely accommodating about being able to pick up our Cockapoo and kept us informed every step of the way during some difficult weather challenges. She’s an obvious animal lover and was able to give our skittish pup tender loving care on a trip that stretched from western Wisconsin to Rhode Island. I would highly recommend her and wouldn’t hesitate for a heartbeat to hire her again.

Adra was friendly and a great communicator. I would highly recommend her services!

Lovely to work with. They were prompt in pickup and delivery of both my dogs.

Adra is amazing! I contacted her just a few weeks before I needed transport, and as soon as she said, "don't worry, I will make it work and get your dog picked up and delivered on those dates", I was a fan. She kept me updated daily, delivered when she said she was going to, and took great care of my dog, Ozzie, along the way. Her calm and happy demeanor, put both myself and my anxious dog at ease.
