I am not exaggerating when I say Tamara was a life safer. I have been overseas for over 4 months and unexpectedly found my dog Mortimer almost without a home because the arranged new caretaker could no longer take him once he moved down to Miami. With the help of friends I was able to find a temp home & a longer term home all the way back in VA until I get back. I needed a pet transporter ASAP, the first one fell through and told me the day of pickup that he couldn’t make it anymore. I was stressed and then reached out to Tamara. She responded very quickly and was able to accommodate my request. Once booked, she called me and introduced herself and the way she operates her transport business. She was very kind, professional, and reliable which put all my worries at ease. I knew my Mortimer was going to be in good hands. Tamara was very communicative during pickup, the trip, and drop off. She also helped relay some care info on my dog to the new caretaker and filled me in with pictures throughout the trip. My dog is also very anxious around new people and situations, but Tamara took her time to make him feel comfortable! He looked happy and relaxed throughout the trip. You don’t know how much your help with safely bringing Morty to VA means to me. Thank you so much Tamara! Mona was such a pleasure to work with. She was communicative and professional. Despite having an ice storm hit her drive she brought our dog Daisy home safe and sound. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again as she treated our dog like family.

In the end they seemed very reasonable priced! They hands down are the best at what they are doing. I shipped a puppy to my friend the whole experience was very easy. They updated me during trip. Plenty of potty food and treats. Best of all they treat your puppy like it’s their own fur baby!!!

Lena did a phenomenal job driving our pup from Maine to michigan. Keeping us updated on her location and pictures taken every couple hours. Puppy is happy and can tell lena took really good care of him while they traveled together. I would 100 percent go with platinum pet transport and hope every family dose to great service. Tamara was the most excellent driver in transporting our dog across country. She continually updated us on her route and while there was weather involved, she took routes that were the safest for her and our dog.
