Tammy was an excellent driver for my brand new beagle puppy I had shipped from Texas to New Mexico. She was very knowledgeable on puppy safety, kept me informed and updated during the entire trip and even took care of communication with my breeder for me. My puppy loved her and was in very good hands and I could not recommend her more! Platinum Pet Transport was somehow beyond perfect. I was very anxious on how to get my Pup transported and spoke to over 20 different companies. Tammy made me feel super comfortable. She laid everything out and I knew she was the one. My driver was Mona. She was communicative, prompt and a pleasure. She gave more than expected but very welcomed updates. The breeder was very comfortable upon meeting her and that made me comfortable. I’ve released countless horror stories about transport but this was literally a dream experience.
