Platinum Pet Transport was somehow beyond perfect. I was very anxious on how to get my Pup transported and spoke to over 20 different companies. Tammy made me feel super comfortable. She laid everything out and I knew she was the one. My driver was Mona. She was communicative, prompt and a pleasure. She gave more than expected but very welcomed updates. The breeder was very comfortable upon meeting her and that made me comfortable. I’ve released countless horror stories about transport but this was literally a dream experience. Thank you so much for everything. I would only use and recomend Platinum Pet Transport moving forward.

Tammy and Natale were so communicative and efficient! Natale drove our cat and dog from CA to NY and took great care of them along the way. There was a slight discrepancy in delivery date and they arrived sooner than quoted- it’s a good problem to have, just would have been easier to plan our cross country move with a more accurate schedule. Nonetheless we would gladly use their services again!

Tamara was so amazing transporting my dogs from Atlanta to Louisville. Because we were coming off two international flights from southeast Asia, she recommended the pups take it in two days. After chatting with Tamara in several messages and checking out her website and reviews, I felt we were safe to take Tamara’s advice. I was nervous to ship my pets as I had never traveled with either of my rescue babies; I wasn’t sure how they would do. I have a 4.1 kg mix and a 12.7 kg mix. The little one doesn’t know a stranger, but my older dog had been abused and mistreated before, and while he’s a very good boy, he can be skittish and doesn’t tolerate being picked up. As I’ve said, Tamara was fantastic. Her communication was prompt and clear prior to booking. Once she placed a bid and I accepted, she continued the clear communication. She picked up the babies at the international inspection kennel and I got to meet her. She was warm, informative and reassuring and kept on touch with me via WhatsApp. She sent pics from the rest stops and when they were settled for the night. I took a flight to Louisville and they arrived in the morning happy and healthy and clearly taken with Tamara. I would use Platinum Pets again. They are a small business and the drivers are military veterans. Tamara is truly a dog whisperer and 150% dependable. So grateful we found her on Citizen Shipper!

Tamara and Mona were amazing! They seriously did such a job. They were extremely reliable, came at the exact time she said she would. Price was very reasonable, she kept my puppy safe and happy. I would definitely use them again.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Tammy is that fabulous! She's a kind, knowledgeable person and handled the task smoothly. She kept me updated without asking. She did a phenomenal job given that my pup has separation anxiety and not fully trained yet. Tammy followed the feeding and medication instructions properly. I cannot thank Tammy enough. <3

Tammy from platinum pet transport is the absolute best! We got to know each other via text before she even met my chocolate Labrador! My Labrador was zip tied in her crate for about 20 hours, traveling by plane from Honolulu to JFK. Tammy was amazing, dealing with the people in the cargo area, as she had to wait almost 3 hours for them to finally produce my dog. And then she had to drive for several hours to my location with my dog. By the time the two of them arrived, they were fast, friends, and dogs know when someone loves them and cares for them. Tammy is one of these individuals. She takes her cues from what the dog needs, rather than hurrying to her destination. My dog needed a few rest stops to stretch and drink water and be cared for. I could not ask for a better caregiver for my dog! I will definitely use her in the future. If you are lucky enough to get Tammy as your driver, your pet will have first class service from beginning to end. I highly recommend.Tammy!!!

Fabulous from start to finish! Tamara herself delivered our dog over 600 miles from DC to the Midwest with great communication, updates, and photos along the way! She's fantastic to work with and her extensive experience shows from the very first call. I especially recommend her to any one who is traveling on Official Orders. She understands the life and is there to make PCSing just a bit more manageable

Tammy was amazing. She sent me pictures and texts throughout the trip. She was on time and kept in touch before and during the trip. She is very sweet with the dogs and I can tell that she cares about them. I will be happy to use her again. I trust her with my babies!
