Was a great experience. My dog was lost in another state while I was traveling. Alex did a great job coordinating getting my dog to me in a timely manner. And most importantly safely.

The handlers was incredibly kind and gentle with Snuffles, immediately making him feel comfortable and safe. Communication was excellent, with timely updates provided throughout the transport so I always knew where Snuffles was and how he was doing.
