Dee and Gail were absolutely wonderful in the way they cared for our Schnauzers, and safely transported them from Austin, Texas to Lubbock, Texas. They rode in comfort, and were so good about letting us know when they would take stops for potty breaks. They were right on time, and made sure we knew where they were. They responded quickly to text messages. When they arrived, I felt like I had known them forever!! They really have a heart for making their customers feel safe and secure. Dee and Gail are the best! I booked a last-minute puppy delivery trip from the Dallas area to Houston and so glad I selected them. As Gail said, Dee did the driving while she cared for the pup. When delivering, Dee stayed in the car while Gail, who is very personable, came to my back yard to meet my other two dogs and took pictures for me. If you’re looking for personalized service, they’re the couple to call. I highly recommend them.
