Over the top care of my pup. It's obvious she enjoys what she is doing. Communication with her was spot on. Quick and easy to arrange transport. Communication during the trip was excellent...both text and photos at each stop. I highly recommend her and her company.

I needed transport my 2 year old Miniature Australian Shepherd from CT to MI. Kassie reached out promptly and answered all of my questions. She stayed in contact with us during the entire process and even updated me with photos. She was friendly, caring and flexible and arrived on time. Kassie was absolutely wonderful, patient, and flexible transporting our dog! Could not recommend enough!! We had a last minute change of our pick up location in a different city and Kassie was so understanding and was able to accommodate without a problem. She gave us constant updates of how our dog was doing with lovely pictures and was very communicative on pick up and drop off time. Thanks again!!

I spent a considerable amount of time researching and comparing providers, and although others received my serious consideration, something about Kassie and Royal Rides just clicked. Not only were her rates competitive, but very willing to make my desired departure date happen, and include "all dog belongings" for the ride. Both dogs (9-yr old 61 lbs and 6-yr old 74 lbs) arrived safe and sound and well taken care of for the trip from San Antonio to Phoenix.
