I had an outstanding experience getting my dog to my parents, thanks to Jacob. His communication was top-notch! He kept me updated with pictures every two to three hours, which gave me peace of mind throughout the entire trip. Jacob is a genuinely nice guy who clearly cares about the animals he transports. Jacob truly cares about the animals. He has a beautiful soul and truly takes care of the animal as if it's his own. We could not have been happier with the way he handled the special needs dog.

If I could give 10 stars I would, very communicative, photos, updates, breaks. If youre ever in need of moving a pet Jacob is the way to go. He definitely cares for the animals he safely transports. Top tier for sure, thank you for your excellent work.

Jacob was awesome. He took extra special care of my dog on delivery and arrived when he said he would. He also gave me updates on the way as well as stopped to allow my golden retriever to go to the bathroom. I couldn't rave more about a delivery person. Thank you so much!!!

Jacob was wonderful. He was responsive, polite, and reasonably priced. He was a safe driver, checking in with me with updates along the way and he handled communication beautifully with the seller. He made our childrens' Christmas extra special with an early gift. I would highly recommend using Jacob again for our transportation needs and would strongly recommend him to friends and family.

Jacob was very good at keeping me informed and up to date the whole way. My puppy got a scrape on her leg right before being shipped, and he kept up with her meds and kept an eye on how she was healing. He competent and responsive and I would recommend him.

Jacob is very punctual and is very respectful when it came to making my bulldog comfortable. Jacob made sure my dog was safe and comfortable he stopped a few times to walk Biggie and and feed and gave him water.
