My fellow pet parents, Please avoid Lesha pet transportation services at all costs. While her quote may seem cheaper than others, there is a reason for that. This was the most horrific and stressful experience I have ever had transporting a pet. My dog, who is my absolute soul baby, was picked up at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday for what should have been a 6–7 hour trip from Texas to Memphis, Tennessee. Instead, I did not receive him until 6:00 p.m. on Friday more than 48 hours later. Throughout the transport, communication was extremely poor. There were long periods with no updates, no photos, no videos, and no reassurance about my dog's condition or whereabouts. As a pet parent, not knowing whether your beloved pet is safe is terrifying. When my dog finally arrived, he was visibly dehydrated, hungry, and exhausted. Thankfully, he made it home in one piece, but no pet should have to endure such an ordeal, and no owner should have to experience that level of fear and uncertainty. In my opinion, this transporter demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, reliability, communication, and concern for the well-being of the animals entrusted to her care. If you truly love your pet and want them transported safely, please look elsewhere. Saving a few dollars is not worth risking your pet's health and safety. This was an absolutely terrible experience, and I would never use or recommend this service again.

I don’t know where to begin!! First off, I have never done this before and did talk to multiple transport providers but did not get that “safe” feeling with anyone but Jorge! Right from the start he returned my many, many questions that I had quickly and politely never making me feel that I was “over the top” which I definitely know I could be!! He made us feel so relaxed and at ease during the whole transport texting us with photos and videos every time he stopped. He picked up our pup in Florida at 9:00 am on a Wednesday and had him to us in Connecticut by the next afternoon at 1:30! When we met him, we felt like we knew him our whole life! Just down to earth and a very caring person!! He loved our pup so much and had his copilot, Rango, his pup with him which helped our pup feel more comfortable. I was extremely anxious about the entire process because I’ve never sent a pet across the country this way. He was extremely flexible with pricing. At first we were trying to work out the best deal regardless of the date, but I ended up needing to get the transportation done sooner. With just a couple days notice, I agreed to pay more to get it done and he was able to get it taken care of in a timely manner with no problems. I definitely would consider myself a bit of a difficult customer, I must admit. But he handled the situation calmly and kept reassuring me he had it handled. I couldn’t be happier with Paws and Pathways! I have just gone through the biggest relocation of my life so far (NYC to Dallas), and my Staffordshire Terrier was too big to bring on a flight. After comparing quotes and looking at all the different drivers who got back to me, Paws and Pathways was a no brainer. Emi is amazing. She was so professional, detailed and great at what she does best, love your dogs like her own. Her 7 years of 5 star reviews initially sold me on her pet nanny services, but she was even better than those reviews described. I felt like I was handing my 2 fur babies to a family member. She was always on time, always sending updates and photos of my dogs and was a joy to work with. As a dog trainer she gave me suggestions and tips and bought a better harness and treats for them along the way. My dogs are a rescue Husky mix and a rehome little Aussie mix and they are rather untrained and a handful. Emi had it down, handled them beautifully and I always felt they were is expert hands. I would highly recommend Emi and her wonderful services to anyone needing to transport your doggies either by van or on a flight. After delivering them safely and happily home after a 3 day transport, she still is keeping in touch. This was a fantastic experience. 10 STARS!
