This was our first time using CitizenShipper and I was anxious about entrusting our two golden retrievers to a stranger to drive them across the county. It's 5 Stars for me! I didn't know this type of service existed... desperately needed to get my dog home from AZ to OH. The airlines couldn't help me. Hayley's VIPaws Express was able to squeeze me into their schedule and picked up my beloved dog a few days earlier than originally scheduled, which worked out perfectly for me. Me and my dog Soxx couldn't be happier now that we're reunited. Highly recommend!!

Amazing experience! Hayley”s VIPaws were absolute professionals. They had excellent communication, They pick up and delivery were seamless. They even arrived early! They sent pictures of my dog throughout the journey. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

What a great experience from start to finish. We have a special needs German Shepard and the driver Rhent went out of his way to make our guy feel comfortable, all the way from CA to Alabama! I would use Hayley again no doubt.
