Hello and thank you for taking the time to learn about who we are. Woman owned small business and with us your pets are treated as if they are our own - just like family. We choose quality pet transport over quantity!! We specialize in long distance cross country transport and having no more than 4 pets at a time (unless more from the same family) so please understand that our pricing is not flexible especially with the current high gas prices. Transporting up to only 4 pets at a time significantly reduces the amount of stress especially for those anxious travelers. I am proud to continue providing nothing but a loving, safe and stress free experience for both you and your pets. I never outsource your pets to another company so your driver will always be myself or Kris doing mostly private or semi private rides. We also do shared transports where we only take up to 4 pets at a time for a more budget friendly and fast trip with my two other amazing drivers. We are all USDA licensed which is legally required by federal law to transport an animal over state lines. We have well over a million amazing safe miles combined in all kinds of crazy weather conditions and have years of experience working with all kinds of animals. We only stop at fun clean spots for potty breaks and have a no paws on the ground policy for puppies 16 weeks and younger. We love road trips so your pet will be well taken care of with plenty of love, walks, treats and toys on their trip home. Your pets health and safety are our number one priority and we work hard to ensure a 5 STAR PAWSOME EXPERIENCE for both you and your pet. My standards are high but for good reason. If your pet is traveling on one of our shared ride trips they will be traveling in a XL large comfy crate for the trip. This provides an extra level of safety for your pet especially on a long trips when we occasionally go through severe weather conditions on the road. It also prevents them from jumping around the vehicle and also eliminates the chance of accidentally unlocking doors or Windows and preventing potential escapees and keeps your pet safe if there is ever an accident. All our vehicles are climate controlled at all times for everyone's comfort and we are all non smokers as well. Since we are fully insured and USDA Licensed, puppies MUST be 8 weeks of age at the time of pick up and a health certificate is required. The health certificate from your vet states that the puppy is UTD with shots and is well and healthy enough for travel and is valid for 10 days. I stay at pet friendly hotels when I am doing solo trips. If I'm delayed and trying to make up time, i'll stay over at a safe travel stop and get some rest. My drivers typically offer faster service and will stop over at a safe travel center and get some rest. We are punctual and reliable and always do our best to get your pet home to you safely, healthy and on time. Please keep in mind that if we experience bad or dangerous weather situations we will stop driving and wait out the storm or re route and go around the storm so this may cause a delay. If there is a hurricane, tornado, ice and snow storms or flooding or other dangerous weather conditions, some trips may have to be rescheduled and we will do our best to get your pet on the next available spot or as soon as safely possible. This may on the rare occasion result in some overlapping with pick ups and drop offs when in close proximity to wach other. Unfortunately Mother Nature always has the upper hand. We do keep you updated along our trip with photos and texts and let you know how your fur- baby is doing when we stop for potty breaks, and gas which is usually every 3 to 4 hours. I am now offering flight nanny services but please message me directly for more info We accept payment in two parts. Sixty percent of the fee is payable upfront upon signing of driver agreement. We use Quickbooks Invoice (3% processing fee added) so you can use your Credit Debit Card for the deposit or full payment and we also take COD for the balance which is due at the time of delivery. Quickbooks also gives you the option to pay over time through Affirm if you qualify! You may also pay your driver the balance directly via zelle, cashapp or venmo. Please note, Citizenshipper does charge their own separate booking fee upon booking. We have no extra or hidden fees. PLEASE CONFIRM WITH US BEFORE BOOKING SO WE CAN CONFIRM DATES AND AVAILABILITY. Sometimes, unforeseen factors such as weather, hurricanes, traffic, accidents, road closures, construction, vehicle maintenance or breakdowns and pet care may affect transport times, dates and routes. Some flexibility with the pickup and drop off times and dates is necessary. Hayley exceeded our expectations in every way. Her communication was thorough, clear, and proactive. She stopped every 3-4 hours for potty breaks and walks. She sent frequent location updates and tons of pictures. She was friendly and upbeat, and genuinely connected with our dog (who seemed unsure if she wanted to stay with Hayley instead of come back to us :)). She delivered on-time and everything was as promised. Overall, Hayley is just excellent. Highly recommend! Would absolutely use her again.

Hayley is just amazing. Our cat Antoinette had been an office cat for years, mainly because she would yowl nonstop when we tried to place her in her forever home. They just kept bringing her back. She loves me and I love her, so I decided to bring her here. Hayley endured hours of nonstop meowing - a record according to her. She is the best and I am so glad we entrusted our beloved Antoinette to her.

Hayley did an amazing job transporting Luna to the other side of the country. She was an excellent communicator throughout the journey as she sent multiple photos and text throughout the day. It appeared that Luna, my dog, was happy and given several opportunities to get out of the car and stretch her legs. Hayley clearly loved on Luna and treated her as if she were her own. Hayley had enough room in her van so that Luna could travel the entire trip on her dog bed which really put my mind at ease; Luna doesn't do well in a crate so I was beyond thrilled that Hayley was willing to let Luna do this. She encouraged me to create a text thread with my daughter who would be recieving Luna on the "other end" so that everyone was updated at the same time. I was HIGHLY recommend Hayley to anyone looking for an animal transport. Loved her and the service she provided!!!

If I could give Hayley a million stars I would. We had to rehome our 10-year-old, 70lb goldendoodle named Sadie, and to say I was a wreck would be an understatement. On top of the sadness, I had a lot of anxiety about handing my baby over to a stranger to be transported across the country from Utah to New York. However, from the moment I met Hayley I knew she was in good hands. Hayley kept myself and my cousin (where Sadie was going) updated regularly with pictures and stories and I could tell she was having the time of her life! In the end, Sadie arrived at her final destination happy, excited and right on schedule. From one pet parent to another—you will find no one better to take care of your fur baby.

Hayley was wonderful! Great communication throughout. She took care of our 3 kitties and our large dog and made sure they arrived safe, sound, and happy to their new home. Plus, she did it in record time! Would totally recommend - four paws up :)
