Hello! I am Hayley and I'm a huge animal lover and have 2 of my own fur babies! I choose quality pet transport over quantity!! We specialize in long distance cross country transport. Having just a few pets at a time significantly reduces the amount of stress for those anxious pets. I am proud to continue proving nothing but a safe and stress free trip for your pets. I never outsource your pets to another company so your driver will always be myself (SOLO or shared with one other pet) or one of my fabulous drivers Devin, Collin or Ian (brothers) and Dad Paul who travel with usually up to only 4 pets at a time for a more budget friendly and fast trip with over a million amazing miles and who have years of experience working with all kinds of animals! Your fur babies will have our full attention and get lots of love along the way as we treat them just as we treat our own pets. We only stop at fun clean spots to walk and have a no paws on the ground policy for puppies 16 weeks and younger. We love road trips so your pet will be well taken care of with plenty of love, walks, treats and toys on their trip home. Your pets health and safety are our number one priority and we work hard to ensure a 5 STAR PAWSOME EXPERIENCE for both you and your pet. My standards are high but for good reason. Since I am fully insured and USDA Licensed, puppies MUST be 8 weeks of age at the time of pick up and a health certificate is required. The health certificate from your vet states that the pet is UTD with shots and is well and healthy enough for travel and is valid for 10 days. I stay at pet friendly hotels, or if I'm delayed and trying to make up time, i'll stay over at a safe travel stop and get some rest. My drivers typically offer faster service and will stop over at a safe travel center and get some rest. We are punctual and reliable and always do our best to get your pet home to you safely, healthy and on time. Please keep in mind that if we experience bad or dangerous weather situations we will stop driving and wait out the storm or re route and go around the storm so this may cause a delay. If there is a hurricane or flooding or other dangerous weather conditions, some trips may have to be rescheduled and we will do our best to get your pet on the next available spot or as soon as safely possible. Unfortunately Mother Nature always has the upper hand. We do keep you updated along our trip with photos and texts and let you know how your pup is doing when we stop for potty breaks, and gas. You can also see lots of additional photos of our journeys on some popular social media platforms. I accept payment in two parts. Sixty percent of the fee is payable upfront upon signing of driver agreement via Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle or Square for Credit Card payments or COD and the balance is due at the time of delivery. Please note, Citizenshipper does charge their own separate booking fee upon booking. We have no extra or hidden fees. PLEASE CONFIRM WITH US BEFORE BOOKING SO WE CAN CONFIRM DATES AND AVAILABILITY. Sometimes, unforeseen factors such as weather, hurricanes, traffic, accidents, road closures, construction, vehicle maintenance or breakdowns and pet care may affect transport times, dates and routes. Some flexibility with the pickup and drop off times and dates is necessary. Hayley was absolutely amazing! She helped transport my baby girl Bunny, a Mini Aussie, from Chicago to NYC, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Wow, Haley is absolutely amazing! If you're looking for someone to transport your pet, I would stop right here with this lady because she sets the bar so high. Compared to any transporter I've ever used in the past, Haley doesn't even compare—she is in a league of her own. Haley was extremely easy to communicate with, and she's a very kind lady who took exceptionally good care of my puppy. Puppies are hard work, yet mine arrived calm, clean, and happy. She picked her up on time, got her to me on time, and was fantastic all around. Haley sent tons of pictures and was always available if I needed to communicate with her, promptly returning every text. This was an absolutely fantastic experience. Haley set the bar so high, I don’t think I could find anyone better, no matter the price some of these transporters charge. She’s the best at transporting pets! Haley didn’t cram my puppy into a truck or van with 20 other animals—she took personalized, excellent care. You couldn’t ask for anything better. Thank you, Haley, for doing an absolutely amazing job—it is so appreciated! I wouldn’t even hesitate to contact her again if I needed another animal transported. She’s simply the best!

I would highly recommend Hayley for transporting your pets. She was amazing with our two dogs (toy poodles) as they travelled from Florida to California. Hayley took the time to send us pictures and was in constant communication, letting us know how they were doing. Most importanly, she loved our dogs as if they were her own. Greatly apperciate her and the service she provides for dogs. I'd choose her again and again for any future travels we may have where we cant take our pups.
